    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia Very poor customer support from Airtel. No easy way to reach a custmr car executive, the AirtelThanks chatbot is useless, and the IVR keeps customers stuck in endless loops.Wasting customers' time instead of solving issues.Seriously disconnecting all Ur services.
