When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. We faced similar issue in April and your guys took 3 days to fix I work from home, I need wifi all the time. If you don't fix this in next 1 hr then disconnect permanently I'll get another provider.
