    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    @iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

    @airtelindia I got airtel xtream broadband connection with lots of effort. Within a day the broadband is not working from Morning.lodged a complaint, but nothing has been done till now. I have taken a very wrong decision by taking this. Amitabh Kumar Patna 9572072259

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    @Airtel_Presence I have received an ETA of 6th Nov. That’s not acceptable. Kindly prioritize the issue or let me know if that is not possible. I have been @airtelindia customer from past 10 years and postpaid member from past 5 years. Check your records. Now I need to port my sim to Jio or Vi. :(

    Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On 1st occasion, a technician came and said I havent got any material and will come back later and never showed up again. He called through the IVR driven number so I cant reach back nor call anyone as everything is IVR/ AI driven now

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested.     @airtelindia When you don't have the capability to provide networks then why are you inviting people to join the Airtel network. Airtel is not able to work on a broad empty road, that's the quality of Airtel.

    @airtelindia I took a google one plan as a complementery service from Thanks app. Now when I want to upgrade, I am not able to remove airtel plan although, I have unsubscribed from Thanks app. Please help. your chatbot does not help, is there any ther way ??

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been a really horrible experience and you have ensured I will never come back to Airtel. I am trying to move my connection, I log a request on the Airtel Thanks app (I dont know who is Thanking whom), and it gets auto-closed in a few hours.
