When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. No calls, no data, nothing. For a company that claims strong coverage, this is completely unacceptable. People depend on your network for daily communication and work, and right now it’s a total blackout. Fix this immediately. Stop the empty promises and ensure basic connectivity where customers are actually paying for your service.
