    Dear @airtelindia plz try n improve your service asap.Having a lot of call-drop problems n specially when i call to any jio number. no call lasts more than 35 seconds when I receive or call a jio number... Calling other networks isn't easy either. My number is 9334661353.

    @Airtel_Presence I was told that customer care would call within 72 hours or earliest-- 24 hours. No calls were received so far after 3 days. Now barred. Had huge network problem. I am 10 years old customer. Airtel doesn't care. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia ,my extreme fiber I'd is 101448765. My connection is not working. While registering complaints, msg shown is unable to process your request. Your local engineer was contacted by me ,but he also couldn't do anything. This is a regular problem.

    @airtelindia As ever one more person from @Airtel_Presence, Ms Simran called. Saying that she can only raise a request with the concerned team. Problem is unlike #USA_n_other_developed countries, service providers like @airtelindia are not hauled up by courts and asked to compensate customers

    @ChennaiRains @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Switch to ACT. It is indeed fast. Installation in a day after you send them the necessary docs. Their service (in case of any problem later) is not bad either.
