@airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

@travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

Worst service by @airtelindia .Tomorrow I applied for a new fiber connection in Etawah. Number alloted 056887722938 but till today net service is not started main line is break since tomorrow. Regularly I put complaint to that Representative Aman Akhtar but there is no response.
