    @iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.

    The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Team, Still morning on wards I didn't get any network/sim slot not working, while called to customer care people told need to pay 25/- then only you will get new sim and network also. I need new sim without any payment otherwise I will raise a complaint airtel.
