    just like DND and other services. Unless a customer himself opts for FLASH message the company shall not activate this service. This practise of @airtelindia & their poor service/issue resolution is making the dream of digitaleconomy tough to achieve. @TRAI kindly help. (5/5)

    Worst internet experience ever,I think I have to switch to other networks from Airtel..Even Coustmer cares are working like SBI, It's nearly 40days since I have complained and they wanted just 10days to resolve it but what they actually did is just postpone @airtelindia

    Don't use @airtelindia optical fibre because always have problems Today late 1 am internet will not working.I am complaint many times but not helping their team.

    @airtelindia EXCELLENT POOR SERVICE IN PATNA AIRTEL XTREME FIBER THIRD PARTY INVOLVED @GANPATIBROADBAND,@AIRTELSTOREKANKARBAGH.THEY MISS BEAHIVOUR LANGUAGE USE TO TALK IN 1 YEARS AGO USE IN AIRTEL XTREME FIBER PATNA. FEEDBACK POOR SERVICE. MANY TIMES COMPLAINT ACCELERATED BUT NOT RESOLVE.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence I have received an ETA of 6th Nov. That’s not acceptable. Kindly prioritize the issue or let me know if that is not possible. I have been @airtelindia customer from past 10 years and postpaid member from past 5 years. Check your records. Now I need to port my sim to Jio or Vi. :(

    Now @airtelindia has stopped responding as well. No service, no updates, no assurance. I pay my bills regularly, yet I can't even access my CCTV due to the internet outage. Subscribing to Airtel Black Internet has been one of my biggest regrets.Customer support seems nonexistent

    @airtelindia I am Amit Bhave, I am having Airtel Black service. Since yesterday I am not able to see TV or browse on the internet as Modem (wifi) is not working properly. I am not able to log the exact complaint Digitally as well as on 121. Hence reporting here. Mob 9892467244

    @airtelindia What exactly are you doing? A tree fell during a storm and snapped my Wi-Fi cable. I've been calling customer service and raising complaints for 5 days, yet no one has fixed it or even bothered to contact me. Pathetic service and zero accountability.
