    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.

    The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I have received an ETA of 6th Nov. That’s not acceptable. Kindly prioritize the issue or let me know if that is not possible. I have been @airtelindia customer from past 10 years and postpaid member from past 5 years. Check your records. Now I need to port my sim to Jio or Vi. :(

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    @airtelindia Dear, I have given owner transfer request 10 days ago with formalities and as per store manager no sim avaliable. After one week again visit the store he has given sim and last four days i am waiting for number Activation. Mobile no -9910170730 Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request for Airtel Wifi. 4 days have passed , i have made repeated complains. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. If you can provide a service why harrass a customer.

    8 DAYS. No WiFi. No real updates. Complaint #11032455900 raised last Friday with Airtel. Engineer visited Monday and disappeared. No resolution. Since then: only automated replies, no accountability. Is this the service standard from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
