    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia service request no. 119694134. My mobile no. 9911206854 Need full refund or proper installation. Do not want to hear that you have to put a hole in wall or wood & then airtel will do the installation.I have airtel broadband in delhi also but never saw such attitude

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    @airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

    The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

    @airtelindia 9934893133. Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal promised the best telecom services but was a very poor service provider. And Sunil Mittal promised to respond to the best customer service but no responsibility to take your employees.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews what a ridiculous mobile app - a request placed just disabled the sim card for 2 days. Such a pathetic & broken system. You ask the customer to switch from prepaid to postpaid and then you disable the network. Shame on you. And you ask about system design

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews there has been severe network issue being faced since last one month. Multiple complaints raised but no permanent solution. This message is also being posted through Wi-Fi and not through mobile network. 5G has been lost somewhere.

    @airtelindia I did a SIM to eSIM conversion yesterday at 5:30 PM and was told the same will be activated in 2 hours after the verification call. Now my original SIM is not working and the eSIM also has not been activated. I need an urgent REPLY to this ASAP. No response on DMs.
