@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done payment for 6 months advance plan on 24th Aug,team asked for 1k extra installation fee which #airtel website says they dont ask for,after all this m still waiting for installation to be done.Such bad customer experience. #Airtelbroadband

@Airtel_Presence I accept your apology, please let me know how much time you need more as it is almost a month now? Atleast tell me the issue. I went for @airtelindia instead of local ISP thinking it's a company where they care about customer (latest ad) but man I couldn't have been more wrong.

Update 1: Complaint registered : 9:00 PM on 02-08-22. Resolution timeline promised : 12:30PM on 03-08-22. Called the customer service at 01:00 PM 03-08-22. Response received : Issue will be resolved in 24 hours. @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence The wait continues.
