@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

@airtelindia 45 days after disconnection of Broadband connection, fresh bill is still being generated and recovery agent is calling up for payment. Had sent multiple mails and calls to 121, still nothing happened. Poor customer services. I hope senior management is listening.
