    The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    wavekook. On calling airtel customer care, airtel says that our engineer is not responding. We are trying to get in touch. And the electronic system is failed for 4 hours, we will be able to help after 4 hours. What is this joke? (2/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Don't use @airtelindia optical fibre because always have problems Today late 1 am internet will not working.I am complaint many times but not helping their team.

    @travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    @airtelindia How proud can you be to lose an new customer, i have placed request to install broadband on 13th jan and 3 month rental paid in advance, still nothing happened anything. I hope you understand the importance of being a service provider in such trying times.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.

    Worst internet experience ever,I think I have to switch to other networks from Airtel..Even Coustmer cares are working like SBI, It's nearly 40days since I have complained and they wanted just 10days to resolve it but what they actually did is just postpone @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel sim is not working since last night. Any ETA until when the issue will be fixed. Will it get fixed or not.. Now this is a very serious problem in today’s world.

    @roerohan @airtelindia True, when I booked a fiber connection, they installed airfiber hurried even though I resisted wanting that. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

    @Airtel_Presence Issue finally resolved, but only after visiting 9 Airtel stores and the Apple Store multiple times. Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

    @SPARK_TANAY @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have the OPPO Find X9 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The latter has a dedicated SA toggle that is on, but I am still not getting access to Airtel 5G SA despite having SA network active in the Dahanukar. I am experiencing a 5G network issue in Dahanukar Colony from the last two years. The 4G data network is completely disrupted here. However, Airtel refuses to listen. I have been asking them to improve the network since 2023, but they ignore the issue. I also have a postpaid SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia DLT message services are not working. VI corporate support does not know the plans or pricing. VI Store seem to live in heaven and do not care about anything. VI social media team said they are looking into this. VI is a perfect killer of business.
