    Facing serious issues with @airtelindia xtream wifi for past couple of months. Raised ticket through app, chatted with bot, issue resolved for that particular time and it goes down again the next day Poor network 🛜 Poor connectivity Poor speed Poor customer support #airtel

    @airtelindia @TRAI paying for expensive recharge, still getting very poor network and internet. This is unacceptable. Location: sarbanandapur, Laldaha post office, 731204,WB Kindly fix this issue ASAP or take necessary action.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel App is full of Ads like credit cards,Airtel Payments bank etc. It's User interface is much more complex than App provided by others service providers.There should be Seperated Apps for telecom services and other financial services like other TSPs.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why we have to pay the monthly charges if you are not providing services. In a single month you have 20-25 technical issues with lot of service disruptions. our work is completely hampered due to this ( 0271710487716_dsl).

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have no count how many complaints i have done to you in past days to fix my wifi internet connection and High Ping issue still no solution have been provided because my area is no more feasible. Despite of having an Airtel tower under 100m

    @HBhagwathi @airtelindia Are you an Airtel fibre user or SIM. Airtel fibre has a lot of issues, Jio will give you better connectivity but the problem with jio is that their wired fibre is not everywhere and their network has generally high latency.

    @airtelindia Can you please disconnect my Air fiber WiFi connection? I have been talking to customer service from 14 days but none of them are helpful. was told I would be receiving a call back asking for confirmation. It’s been 5 days, haven’t received. Please address this issue
