    @airtelindia @DoT_India haven't experienced such unprofessional service ever. Postpaid sim showing Roaming. Above that one can't even talk to a customer service executive. Pathetic service. I will definitely switch and tell everyone around me for the same.

    Held hostage by @airtelindia? 🚨 Traveled to Lucknow Chowk store to change my postpaid plan—staff failed. Called customer care—they failed. Now system blocks my MNP port-out request due to a "bundle offer." Unacceptable trap. Resolve this & clear my porting code! @TRAI

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     @TRAI ,how @airtelindia can provide priority service on higher price by slicing the network for non premium price users . It's discrimination policy. In the longer run every one will buy priority service,it's just money looting service only.

    @SheetalPronamo @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been ppen from 3 days
