I used 10 months Jio fiber and i did not faced any single problem in 10mnths. but before 3 days I started using Airtel fiber and my connection is not working from last 1 day. And @airtelindia i am not able to complaint about this anywhere. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia No internet at K V G grandeur apartment , Kanaka Nagar , M.R Riches garden road , Bangalore , 560043 from last 1.5 hrs.I have taken the connection by dropping ACT Fibernet for a stable connection, But unfortunately I am facing same pathetic service than other vendors

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Finally i have lost my patience after complaining straight for 15 days, My wifi issue has not been resolved. Every time my deedicated cmanager picks up the call, they say they will get back to me in 2 hrs. but same thing repeats every day.

@airtelindia. I have an airtel xstream fiber net. My broadband is not working since 3rd june and i made an complain on same day and today is 6 june no action has been taken yet. 😡😡. Stop making fake promises that u can solve any prblm in 24 hrs. Very unprofessional behaviour.
