    Even after sending DMs and complaint details, there is still no proper reply or technician update from the Airtel team. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, then at least provide a full bill waiver for this month. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.
