    @airtelindia I lost confidence in Airtel services. I want to revert back to my orginal plans of 399 for my post paid and back to prepaid for my wife's number. And I do not want the new number which is still not working. I will go for another service provider for the new one.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how's it acceptable to a customer if his/her calls get blocked suddenly, without any intimation? Not acceptable to me without any valid reason and without any intimation. Worst part is no way to reach your useless customer service as well.

    A large company that constantly talks about customer service and satisfaction has provided the worst service. @airtelindia is the name of the business. My broadband connection has experienced numerous outages since June 2022;
