    @airtelindia you guys have a very poor coverage for data n voice both while traveling via blue line metro it took a month for even raising a complaint for this via Airtel app while traveling through the above mentioned line

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want to know if it's a technical glitch at our end so why should the customer suffer & pay the full bill. This happened in August as well and when I tweeted they have revised the bill. If by tweets only you resolve the problem then let us know we will not call customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 2-3 days trying to pay the outstanding amount online but not able to do, not even in Airtel website. Nobody is able shortout this issue. Neither u guys are activating the sim so that I can pay from my Amazon pay account.

    @airtelindia I have used more than 10years airtel sim but Internet speed is very poor like 2g speed ,so 1st improve network quality .I have complained many times but result was zero.
