@amitbhawani @airtelindia I still don't get 5g from airtel despite having a one+ model that supports 5g. I am from central Bangalore and all I get from customer care is that we are not fully live in bangalore. Absurd as it contradicts what airtel promotes about 5g

@airtelindia Customer care support is very bad, Coordination between Airtel internal teams is very very Bad. Recently I had issue with my broadband, to resolve it I had to follow up with Airtel team for 4 days. I had to be in call with them for 2 hour to fix the issue on 4th day

@airtelindia , I can't able to view the TV due to bad weather now they are charging me 150 for technician visit , I don't see it's fair to charge customer when the issue is not in their side . The dish should be set up strong so that it won't get affected .
