  @Airtel_Presence Hi @AirtelIndia team, I received a call earlier today where I was assured that the issue would be resolved within two hours. It has been well beyond that timeframe now, and the problem still persists. This is quite disappointing, especially after being given a clear assurance.

  @airtelindia Raised a complaint on April 8 with a preferred time slot, but the technician came early, didn’t return, and it got rescheduled. Multiple follow-ups, false escalation promises, and no proper response. Now it’s April 11—still no resolution, only generic outage messages

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia seems your standards for customer services degraded day by day. I called 121 after 20 min of hold, he said cut the call by saying i am not able to hear u hence i have to cut the call. Deliberately he did as i have cross Q him. Seriously fedup

  Worst decision switching my family to postpaid with Airtel India. Miss one bill and they cut ALL services got stranded while traveling, no calls or internet. Entire family affected. Switching back to prepaid is a hassle. Never Airtel again. @airtelindia #Airtel #WorstExperience
