    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal I raised issue here about new connections i took on 4th....from day 1, net issues, complained raised...after tweet, airtel care responds on DM and every time after I send msg, different person asks for number again.... this happened 3 times, so pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence Installed Airtel Xstream Fibre WiFi at my home, on 6th September, 2021 for my office purpose. Since that day, I have been getting Speed issues, very poor performance. Raised several complaints via Airtel App, Customer helpline, still no resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia - internet disrupts so frequently that it's difficult to complete a 10mins call.. please get it sorted. several times I have called customer with this issue.the only resolution I get is to restart the modem.have been bearing with this issue for more than 6 months now
