On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@DoT_India Nothing is going to happen. My mobile is already in DND mode. When raise complaint to @airtelindia, they say there r no spam calls and msg. Looks like Now a days all fraudster are using personal connection which r not can’t under TRAI guidelines.

@airtelindia After recharging such an expensive pack of you people, the internet speed is running slower than 2G, and before launching 5G, run your basic network properly. Reduce robbing the customer, do good service.
