On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@madhurchadha @airtelindia In Bangalore, my landlord was so furious with ACT fibernet connection boxes that he pulled it out of the wall and threw it on the road. Like a superstar called the customer care to pick up their box.

Utter shame on @airtelindia for failing miserably in resolving a simple issue of a privileged customer. Hundreds of us associated with our leader are planning to port our numbers to @reliancejio as a sign of protest as u failed to hold up ur credibility towards customer service
