    @airtelindia& @Airtel_Presence are simply fraud. Airtel DTH has appointed franchisees for Service Requests,which are simply Mafias.Dont get influenced by AirtelBlack promises.The company is simply looting people.They don't even discontinue your connection and continue billing.

    @AirtelXstream_ @airtelindia extremely poor response from service team. Installed a DTH box instead of Xstream box, and now your team is not answering calls and customer care does not call back

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The Airtel network in our is so damn slow and when we go inside the house a single whatsapp message is not coming but outside the network is good. There's a new tower 250-300mtr away Nobody in the customer care is giving a damn. Please help
