    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to get it rectified but to my displeasure I couldn’t do. It was hard to believe that a company like Airtel have this type of service towards customer. I followed with Mr Ronnie Shaikh and Mr Jaydev Patel for the problems. Pl look into it urgently.

    @airtelindia I have a very bad experience with airtel because I paid the dth and Wifi bill but it doesn't start if it does not start under 1day I will talk directly to the court

    Hai Airtel we thought you guys have a great customer service but unfortunately we are unable to experience it. it was been more than a week we're we have raised a issue but still we are struggling to get it resolved. Agents not even giving a proper response. @airtelindia @Airtel

    @airtelindia I am not happy with DTH relocation process, as per customer care Airtel Thanks App provided with the DTH relocation, but I don't see any such option in the App... Worst customer support by Airtel

    Recharging my #Airtel number is like creating a gateway to the service provider to send me free SMSes. I make one recharge and #Airtel makes sure that I receive 100 different messages that conveys I have made the payment. I guess that's how they do free 100 messages. @airtelindia
