On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Fraud in Mobile Data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is pathetic, mobile data is getting over within few seconds (Not even minute) by just enabling mobile data. Getting SMS 50% 90% and 100% data use within few seconds. Airtel team is still looking into issues.

There are so many call drops on @reliancejio #5G but theirs Customer care fails to acknowledge that and says issue with Mobile, says we are working on signal issues been 2+ months,. waste of money paying for Jio services. Never faced such an issue with @airtelindia #5G

@airtelindia I had purchased a plan of 28 days validity with 1.5gb daily data, unlimited calling etc. But when recharge is done i received a message from airtel of validity for 24 days. Even when i called the customer care number, the executive was arguing rather than apologize.
