On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia one side you are laughing 5g and on the other hand you are unable to provide a good quality network on 4g. I'm really disappointed with Airtel. Although I have been with Airtel since 2007 but now it's enough. Now I'm looking for an alternative. @Airtel_Presence
