    @airtelindia Have been complaining for my Airtel fibernet issue. Not receiving any kind of speed. Twice executive visited, it works for 2 hours, again speed goes to Zero. Whenever I call 121 they say will solve the issue. But it hasn't been solved. Worst internet experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst xtreme installation services experiencing in Nagpur 440024. Within 24 hours installation commitment become now 2 weeks delayed. No response from 121. Just showing fake concern towards customers. Need refund !! Suggest where to send details.

    What the hell is wrong with u guys? Atleast provide ground technicians. We end up calling IVR again and again and no response even after escalating, priority service and what not. Everytime something goes wrong we get horrible service. @airtelindia
