  @JM_Scindia @airtelindia The bigger problem is competition. If one operator raises prices or removes affordable plans, consumers should be able to move to another. But when reliance follows a similar direction, where exactly is the consumer supposed to go?

  my home is just 20 minutes away from town and is national highway side.Still i can’t be able to use wifi because still no 5G connection in my area.Also network is so slow that a message can’t even be send. Intolerable.Also 5g coverage is available 3 km nearby @airtelindia

  Here it is same for me. I paid my outstanding bill in may. I asked them to disconnect the derive as I do not need it anymore. They send bikks andcalls me 3 to 4 times a day to pay the bill. It is harassment from @airtelindia your staff ate worst.

  @yatinmota But why, even @airtelindia is not focusing on network coverage, fqcing challenges in network very frequently and they are discontinuing the lower plan. So pathetic they have as not providing best service

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had to pause Reschedule my work because I was expecting the engineer. At around 2:30 PM, I called again—no one picked up.I contacted Airtel support again, and was once again told it would be resolved today. It's now around 3 PM, and I'm still waiting. This isn't just a delay

  @IndianTechGuide The network was down for full working day today at Santacruz Mumbai. @airtelindia should refund one day bill. The greedy owner just wants to increase ARPU without improving basic service.

  A complaint registered with Service Request number 31-1000015569840 for excessive bill for the services not availed is pending since 2/08/26. Talked @ 121 six times visited store 2 times. No solution till now?? Poor service really. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I am encountering an issue with my 5G unlimited plan. Despite recharging with a 5G plan two months ago, my 4G data consistently depletes, leading to internet service interruptions. I still have one month of validity remaining on my plan.
