@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can’t even raise a service request and issue on your app. As given on a transaction with ferns and petals, I was supposed to get 100 rupees cb but still didn’t receive it. It’s been 4 days.

@airtelindia Mobile service is 3rd class in my area. While talking signal becomes ZERO again and again. Can't listen to what caller is telling. Its happening since past 6 months. No customer care can be reached @Airtel_Presence Either you resolve or i will join @BSNLCorporate .
