  @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 @Airtel_Presence it’s been 5 days since we made a complaint .. every month at least 3 days internet is not there .. how do think we can run our offices. made several complaints, you staff is saying there is issue company is not ready to address. unfortunately even after this you won’t fix .. I just wanted it to vent out.

  @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

  @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?
