  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your “unlimited 4G/5G” has become unlimited frustration. Extremely slow internet, and every complaint gets the same “location issue” excuse. Been a loyal customer for years, but loyalty clearly has no value now. Time to port.

  Dear @airtelindia I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the last 8 years, but I am unable to see the Axis Bank Airtel Credit Card offer/eligibility on the Airtel Thanks app. Surprisingly, new users are getting this offer while existing loyal customers r being ignored @AxisBank

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi is down for more than 36 hours now!! And your agent whose number comes up on the app says it’s some central power issue, which he has conveyed to a team and they will rectify whenever possible !!! Is this the kind of service ??

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using Airtel services is harrasment now,raised complaint about 10+ times to close the connection but,they are eager to looting and making unused bill and support asking if bill won't paid bill will generate contingous.I request all don't preferairtel

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of service are u giving to your customer. Its been 4,5 days my internet and my tv channels have gone but till now nothing u all have done. If u cant provide the service then just say so ... Then i can throw the wifi.

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Services My Airtel broadband has been showing “No Internet” since 4 AM, and it’s still not fixed. This is causing major disruption, and there’s been no proper update from support. Please resolve this urgently and share an ETA. #AirtelXstream #AirtelIndia
