@airtelindia Karnataka is one of the worst broadband services. They send you fake messages claiming the complaint has been resolved and close the complaint at the backend itself leaving the customer in lurch struggling with their pathetic wifi services.

@airtelindia @AirtelXtream took the xtream broadband connection on this month 8th and from 10th internet is not working. I raised the complaint on sameday and customer care executive said will resolve in 24hrs,now it is almost 68 hrs no one contacted me and issue is not resolved

@airtelindia Its been 3 days my internet is off ,I had registered a complaint as soon as my internet was gone , so that a technician might come on weekends , but now i have to stay home on monday , every 14 days my internet stops working due to some backend problems .
