    @ujjwalsahni2 @airtelindia How can they block customer number...?? If they have an issue then only they will call why can't they have basic commonsense to understand an issue and resolve, most of them are working from home, students are in online class who can give network to us, adopt right business model

    @ujjwalsahni2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I m not able to reach their customers care now, u could see one lady Pinki, she can't understand the issues, I have raised a complaint for the issue, she was keep defending that my number is not blocked, she doesn't know how to access complaints, very pathetic service.

    @geekyranjit Worst ever experience. Facing downtime for 12hour+ every week. Had 18+ such outages since april. No reply from customer service or higher authorities after case escalation. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will probably switch to local providers

    from last 1yr we're getting so much network(internet) issues from ur networks in my area, we're using India's top 2 tele-networks & sending so many reqsts to resolve these issue but no use till now We're doing #WFH, others Online classes etc.Pls do ASAP @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia why I am not getting calls from any Vodafone numbers to my Airtel, I Recently moved from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel network, called your customer care many times reg this you just open and close the ticket didnt feel responsible to solve it.
