    @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not be converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.

    @airtelindia I am trying to reach out to you over AirtelThanks app and IVR but it seems impossible to talk to an agent. I am having issues with the benefits provided in postpaid service. Kindly fix the issue asap or I have to move to other carrier.

    switching from @reliancejio to @airtelindia, such crappy network speed on JIO can't take it anymore, just sell the company and start a peigon messaging company or smthg
