    I recharged with 455rs through Airtel thanks app and it shows it will have hellotune but still I am unable to set any hello tune through wynk. After talking with customer care they said they can’t do anything. This is pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Brought Airtel Broadband with DTH but broadband not working from 12 Apr. Customer care only giving lip service and Airtel Thanks App is not even registering complaint. Is there a way to quit service since no one responding. Only thing working is Airtel monthly bill @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia complete fraud being played by Airtel broadband, adding ₹100 in bill every month from dont know how long in the name of "top up charges". I want reversal of complete amount or you'll loose a customer of over 10+ years. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia, I need you to know that you and your customer executive have failed miserably. It may cost my job and if it happens, Airtel will be responsible. Your executive promised installation of WiFi by this evening. He assured me that it will be done. It's not done yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1/n Airtel silently looted people in the name of auto upgrades. My 999 postpaid plan auto upgraded to 1199 in Aug 2022. When I called customer care they said they removed the 999 plan. Now when I checked they are saying the 999 plan was there.

    @airtelindia I’m a airtel black customer and had referred a new connection last month and was supposed to receive 300 as bonus. Little did I know that it would require a lot of follow up and complaints. It’s just not worth it
