  @airtelindia while calling on 121 and I select to talk to customer representative via IVR, it tells me that you don’t enough balance to talk. Now should I recharge something else to talk to customer care. Pathetic.

  @airtelindia i have raised a complaint regarding internet issue and its been one week, no response from customer care and also that ivrs system sucks reeally bad. The price you people are charging is sky high and the service u r providing is somewhere buried underground.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I asked your customer service executive to cancel the subscription and not add it to my bill, they said post-purchase it can’t be cancelled. So now you’re neither activating my paid Amazon Prime subscription nor cancelling/refunding it!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence could you please tell me where I find cancel wifi subscription options or there is no way to cancel it... Whenever I tried to talk to a customer care the call just cut...
