  @airtelindia has the worst service in the broadband and DTH game. I've had a network drop and some issue with my router for almost a year now. Everytime I call the customer care for the service log, the person comes, does something and goes and just closed the service job.

  Very disappointed with Airtel Fiber service. I made the payment, but the installation is still pending. Despite multiple follow-ups, Airtel staff are not responding properly and no clear update has been provided. This is unacceptable customer service @airtelindia @Airtelfibernet

  @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Airtel's Wi-Fi service is absolutely terrible. The internet has been down for seven days. Whenever I file a complaint, the ticket gets closed automatically without the issue being resolved—the service is utterly pathetic. Never get Airtel Wi-Fi; customer support.@airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence My Xstream Fibre was down for 4 days earlier this month and is down again from yesterday, Neighbours in the same society have working connection. Fix this urgently if u cant cancel my connection and procees with refund. @airtelindia
