  @airtelindia broadband internet is down since yesterday afternoon in Sukhliya area in Indore. This long outage is unacceptable. I just keep receiving SMS that its going to take more time without any ETA when it will get fixed.

  As a postpaid user, I’ve emailed and raised multiple cases with zero resolution. The telecom duopoly in India is getting ridiculous. Because it’s basically just Airtel and Jio, they do whatever they want with zero accountability or concern for consumers. @TRAI @airtelindia

  @JioCare @JioCare Jio Fiber is a scam. They hold my money for 10 days and didn't do an installation. Now cancelled the order after I have waited for 10 days. Hope @airtelindia xtream should not have any problem as I m going to take the airtel fiber now

  @reliancejio @JioCare the wifi is sooo bad!! Can't do anything real time with soo much ping spike! Seems it's a loophole. The testing platforms don't survey the hops and PING spikes get ignored. @airtelindia - would like to explore broadband options
