At this point, I've lost all confidence in your service and have decided to switch to Tata Fiber. You have not been transparent about the actual restoration timeline. (2/4)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A 24+ hour outage has caused significant productivity loss. Please provide a concrete timeline instead of repeatedly extending the ETA. I'm seriously considering switching to another ISP if this is how outages are handled. (3/3)
