Then, the lights dawned and I was allowed to make a whatasapp call through the centre’s wifi. Finally, I was given a replacement card but I had to pay Rs 50 for that also. I asked the person, is there no benefit for a ‘Platinum’ customer? “No, sir.” So much for @airtelindia cares
