    Dear @airtelindia, your whole experience is ****** up. I call 10 days back to change my bill plan and I get confirmed by executive it is changed but no, it's not. I call again and is on hold for 15 mins and line goes silent. Can't login into my account. @Airtel_Presence

    @KediaSahab @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had the same problem with Airtel. I repeatedly them about my connection problem, but they did not do anything. So frusted with their service, I ported to VI and now the 4G connection is good. You can an App called "OpenSignal" to check covergare in your area.

    @airtelindia Please try to provide customer service first and later spend time on promotions. Broadband issue raised and its been 20hrs now no resolution. service request 138450334 on Airtel Xstream Fiber ID/Fixedline ID 089146649133_ap from our end. Our engineer FR_Vasu yandava.
