@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet connectivity is pathetic at Home & Work for last 16 months - Please fix & stop advertising best connectivity till then - It is Muzaffarpur & not Muzaffarnagar. Connectivity is bad at Kacchi-Pakki Chowk also

@sidpatankar @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not just them. Getting to speak to 'a human' is next to impossible in most customer care units these days! They all seem to believe queries will be standard & BOTs/IVR menus can handle all.

2/2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and after all that when they finally noted the service request I could not believe that this small request processing takes 8 days n when I requested for priority processing simply denied and even suggested 2 opt out if I'm nt satisfied. Hatsoff
