    @airtelindia I have connection airtel but not able to access my internet worst service from airtel Airtel tel customer care say that "nahi ho payega" I have recording. I am working in tata group I got reply like this nahi ho payega. Worst service?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very frustrating when there is a frequent fluctuation in fiber connection. Will look for alternatives if the issue do not get resolved.

    @airtelindia Airtel nodal officer & appelate authority of Bihar is neither acknowledging nor responding to grivance w.r.t. intr.roaming billing issues mailed to them. Forced to esclate in social media. Shall port to other service provider if not heard.

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    @JioCare @shaziailmi Your service is very bad at my location Hajipur from more than 2 years now.. Even today it is not working. Every time the same reply from your CC executives. I think you will never resolve the issue. Need to port to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 6 hours of WiFi downtime on 29th May with ZERO service. Your app chatbot doesn't even allow complaints. Give me proper bill compensation NOW or I’m switching providers immediately. Unacceptable service!

    This is the REALITY of @airtelindia PRIORITY care. Can’t claim a benefit on the app for 2 months. All @Airtel_Presence does is quietly close every service request despite nothing done. First service request 31-1000013456464 & then 31-1000013627377 —closed without any resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Wifi is down since yesterday, I had a complaint raised since yesterday. This is an Airtel black plan. So far I've not even received a call from any of your associates to fix it. (I have had to call the person who initially set the wifi up twice only for him to say they'll do it soon/today) Your app says it'd be resolved by 29 May 6:57 PM. Sigh, it's 30th may 10:14 am right now. Can you atleast correct the app? I need to work and that needs internet.
