    @Airtel_Presence I was told that customer care would call within 72 hours or earliest-- 24 hours. No calls were received so far after 3 days. Now barred. Had huge network problem. I am 10 years old customer. Airtel doesn't care. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia been a Cx for last 12 years, now regularly facing internet issues. Engineer say fibre connection not active in our area while Cx Support says it is active. I am talking more with Engineer than my GF these days.. Service No. 128344588 No Net 4 24 hours unacceptable!

    REMINDER 3: @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ordered a FASTAG via Airtel 2.5 weeks ago, emailed them-only to get a std reply, but no fastag till date-apparently they are still validating the damn order. complaints raised; 8785473/8788508/8790201. WHEN WILL I GET THE FASTAG?
