    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_dth POOR SERVICES! 5 mobile, 2 DTH and 1 OFC internet connections. So called Platinum Member. Wrote several e-mails to club these under 'family'. NO RESPONSE! You could not be worst than this!

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    @TRAI I want to bring your kind attention towards deficiency in @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service delivery. Issue number 1: a) although I have a valid recharge of ₹179/pm but, I can't call their customer care, they say that my balance is insufficient. (1..)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is so poor I'm getting fed-up, I have registered several complaints for the last one year but no improvement happened, I'm an Airtel black customer but after complaining nothing improved signal issue, internet connection,call dropping.

    just like DND and other services. Unless a customer himself opts for FLASH message the company shall not activate this service. This practise of @airtelindia & their poor service/issue resolution is making the dream of digitaleconomy tough to achieve. @TRAI kindly help. (5/5)

    @travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

    @airtelindia I have been struggling a lot to get new recharge done of my DTH Consumer no is 3028001749. No one from customer care is picking up call..I am totally cluelessHave done recharge of 160rs as per CSR advice but now unable to select other channels. Call me or BYE BYE

    otherwise they shut down incoming in 15days then outgoing in 30days. I have 2sim diff network-one for work one for personal and WiFi for data. Now I've to keep recharging all. @idea @airtelindia if u wanna keep your customers, Y don't u provide validity recharges like BSNL -2/2
