@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done payment for 6 months advance plan on 24th Aug,team asked for 1k extra installation fee which #airtel website says they dont ask for,after all this m still waiting for installation to be done.Such bad customer experience. #Airtelbroadband

@airtelindia How proud can you be to lose an new customer, i have placed request to install broadband on 13th jan and 3 month rental paid in advance, still nothing happened anything. I hope you understand the importance of being a service provider in such trying times.

@airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

Hi @airtelindia My broadband has been disconnected from last 48 hrs and even after multiple escalation, your technicians have not contacted me. The timelines given for resolution was changed multiple times. Your technicians doesn't even pick up the phone or respond to messages.
