    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 5 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.

    @travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I have received an ETA of 6th Nov. That’s not acceptable. Kindly prioritize the issue or let me know if that is not possible. I have been @airtelindia customer from past 10 years and postpaid member from past 5 years. Check your records. Now I need to port my sim to Jio or Vi. :(

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    @airtelindia Dear, I have given owner transfer request 10 days ago with formalities and as per store manager no sim avaliable. After one week again visit the store he has given sim and last four days i am waiting for number Activation. Mobile no -9910170730 Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've even escalated the matter to the Appellate Authority, and still there has been no response. It is shocking that a company of Airtel's scale cannot provide even basic communication to a paying customer. A local ISP would have handled this far better.

    @WeAreVasai @airtelindia Airtel is working only yesterday in morning till evening it had issues, rest of the time reception was ok. But @reliancejio is down since 3 days no updates, no network till now. Emergencies reveal quality service provider.
