Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. My recharge plan is 2.5 gb per day but iam not even using 500 mb. Internet speed is like 0.20 kb per second.
