    @airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

    I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

I went for @airtelindia instead of local ISP thinking it's a company where they care about customer (latest ad) but man I couldn't have been more wrong.

    @AudiPhotography @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Audi sir, they'll just give you lame excuses but won't resolve the issue. I had the same problem but I had to get the number port to other service provider. Can't really trust on these guys to do anything.

    @airtelindia service request no. 119694134. My mobile no. 9911206854 Need full refund or proper installation. Do not want to hear that you have to put a hole in wall or wood & then airtel will do the installation.I have airtel broadband in delhi also but never saw such attitude

    @airtelindia Been 5 days since your executives told me they will call me back tommorow for my new connection. If there are issues with you guys reverting back then atleast open lines so that we can call directly to the customer care and not just give complaints on Airtel app.
