@airtelindia as airtel is promising best network coverage all over india but the place where i live had the worst network of airtel. I have a 4g sim but sometimes it feels like 2g was better then airtel 4g. Please fix this problem or else remove the promising ad.

@iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

Never seen such incompetence as in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I Had submitted a shifting out request from Gurgaon to Hyderabad on 30 March. No one in the Cust care has any clue about the progress. If this is the standard of customer service then god help them.
