    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is so poor I'm getting fed-up, I have registered several complaints for the last one year but no improvement happened, I'm an Airtel black customer but after complaining nothing improved signal issue, internet connection,call dropping.

    @airtelindia Airtel has neither acknowledged nor responded to my mailcomplaint with regards to incorrect bill for int. roaming pack. Pathetic customer service and untrustworthy billing mechanism.

    @airtelindia 9934893133. Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal promised the best telecom services but was a very poor service provider. And Sunil Mittal promised to respond to the best customer service but no responsibility to take your employees.

    @airtelindia How proud can you be to lose an new customer, i have placed request to install broadband on 13th jan and 3 month rental paid in advance, still nothing happened anything. I hope you understand the importance of being a service provider in such trying times.

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    @airtelindia Very poor experience. My broadband installation (Request ID: OPQR3DQS30) was scheduled twice (3:30 PM & 5:00 PM) but no engineer visited. Got only a generic email asking to wait 15 days. Already paid ₹400. Need urgent installation tomorrow.

    @get2karthik @airtelindia Went thru this ****, 12 yrs back. Refund processing will take 45 days, without interest. Sales team processes payment without checking feasibility, just to meet monthly targets. Airtel doesn't bother to keep it in check.

    What is the use of 4G/5G, if we recharge for unlimited 5G and don't get it. And when it switches back to 4G, it's even worse than what 3G was a few years back. @airtelindia , been your customer for a few, but very dissatisfied.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid ₹3600 for new Airtel DTH on April 18 (Req ID: A09YE5K542R) but still NO installation after 10 days. Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?
