    So, 4 complains raised since July 12. All 4 marked resolved without any technician or customer care exec calling or solving. Saw the TRAI service level chart. Basically, Airtel is force closing tickets from their system to meet TRAI numbers. @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You are not providing one additional day to recharge and immediately disconnect the service. I have prepaid the Wifi plan and being without internet for last 10 days.. Practice what you preach. What is the TAT time to complete shifting request in prime area..????

    @airtelindia Airtel WiFi is not working at my home. And already since the network is very poor we were using only WiFi calling now without WiFi we are not able to use our mobile phones to even make calls We are stranded with no communication please rectify it asap
