    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I deactivated airtel black few days ago. But how come extra bill generated after I paid total outstanding before the deactivation? Can't reach to ur service team via toll-free num. I want u to just cancel the extra bill that u have generated.

    @airtelindia what are you doing, in my location your wifi service are worse. In every months your wifi disconnect for 6 hr in every 2 days in a weeks . I have 3 connection in 3 km area 1 connection running properly but another 2 connection are problematic, please do the needful.

    Dear @airtelindia, I have been raising complaint through your app about the bad n/w in my home both for calls and internet. Everytime you close the incident without resolving the issue. Is it time to switch to a different provider for all the 8 connnections we have?

    I have been complaining about @airtelindia internet disruptions for months and they are closing my complaint calls without resolving and put the blame on the ground staff! Executives sermoning customer about patience!

    Poor Network I have raised 15 mail Complaints to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and Respective Nodal officer but issue remains the same you charge for 5G Speed but coverage at location is poor also your people fails to fix the issue

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

    Facing worst ever services and pathetic support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A simple issue of calls/sms is not getting resolved. On top of it customer support disconnected the call after taking complete details and no callback ever since
