I called Airtel customer care and one complaint(128919364) was raised. An engnr was assigned for d issue but he was interested in Hpy Code only. Upon denial the Engnr disabled my internet. I again called the customer care but they wasted my 30 min. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia super unhappy with your service. Your team had come over to rectify the complain of broadband couple of hours back but again I am facing the same issue. Time to switch to @reliancejio fiber I feel. Also .. too expensive cost of plans with less speed.

@airtelindia u really are blood thirsty for Money.Why should I be paying for 7 days when I request 2 cancel my nbr 2day U wnt me 2 wait 4r 7 days to get it cancelled & then ask money for 7 days Why can't u stop all activities & then taken 7 days or 7 months to complete ur process
