    Can you stop sending reminder mails and messages 10 days before expiry @airtelindia ffs. 2-3 days before expiration of pack is okay but why tf do i need to receive 20 messages a day about a pack that’s going to expire on sept 5. Stopp harassing your customers with useless service

    I'm getting no Sim card issue in my phone and when trying to find nearest store, airtel page is showing me to buy new wifi connection. Means what's the logic b/w these 2 issue. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’m extremely disappointed with the network service. Even outdoors, the network fluctuates and calls frequently disconnect. I’ve tried every possible check and the issue persists across calls, pointing clearly to the network/SIM.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia , I have raised the complaint 11039027627 yestrday abt modem replacement, with 6 calls , 2 escalation calls issue is not fixed and ur engg mentioned tht it will take another 1 day, It happens in banaglore, what will happen in other part of India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence All I wanted: SIM → eSIM. A 2-hour routine process. What Airtel delivered: 6 days, 2 store visits, 1 broken callback promise, 3 template emails, contradicting systems, and a Nodal Officer who didn't read the complaint.
