@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I switched to airtel fiber this Monday in Delhi. I need to connect to VPN for my job, your network is either dead slow on VPN or it doesn't work at all. Also, there have been frequent disconnections. Bad decision to switch from Jio.

@airtelindia Despite several attempts to contact your customer service team, the issue has not been resolved yet. Furthermore, your company has failed to refund the subscription fee, which was paid in advance. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
