@airtelindia I own postpaid no 9420723676 and want to convert it in prepaid number. I have contacted Airtel express house in Navshakti arcade Bhusaval. The person on hearing the case refuses to do and told my login ID is not working you may go to Jalgaon 25km away for the purpose

@airtelindia I have recharged my DTH on 5 October. I am still waiting for my connection to turn on. Your customer care is saying it will take 7 days more. So is this how your are efficient in your services. A customer is waiting for 20 days to turn on his connection?

@airtelindia Subscribe for AirTel Black. Not able to add single channel in DTH. Even your team is not able to add channels. Nobody is responding. Very poor service. AirTel is taking subscription charges without providing service. This is pure loot. @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence Sorry checked the message late as you're aware, no @airtelindia wifi service which i paid for is available to me... Also, the DM said I'll get a call between 8AM and 9AM for resolution. I didn't. I tried the number given as part of your resolution, no one picked up.
