@airtelindia I own postpaid no 9420723676 and want to convert it in prepaid number. I have contacted Airtel express house in Navshakti arcade Bhusaval. The person on hearing the case refuses to do and told my login ID is not working you may go to Jalgaon 25km away for the purpose

@airtelindia I requested for broadband service a month ago and didn't get any call from any concerned ppl regarding installation,yet I get ads for airtel broadband atlest 100 times since then ,just put the same effort in installation guys ,good service is better than advertising

@airtelindia Disappointed with the poor service. Have installed airtel broadband on 24th Nov and till now there is no internet. 4 days have gone and no one has visited to address the issue. Plz help to let me know process of refunding. Thanks
