@airtelindia I own postpaid no 9420723676 and want to convert it in prepaid number. I have contacted Airtel express house in Navshakti arcade Bhusaval. The person on hearing the case refuses to do and told my login ID is not working you may go to Jalgaon 25km away for the purpose

Finally switched from airtel to VI . VI is better network than airtel . Airtel's network speed is very slow compare to VI . And also airtel is worst customer service . They not even responds to your problems . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare #Airtel #VI

@JioCare Thanks for the affirmation, the connection is restored but our plan is not active as the service period has expired, the 1st service request raised was on 5th and we haven't used the connection since then. We had to install @airtelindia for fiber and got broadband!
