When I didn't receive the same and asked for the tracking courier id for the sent cheque, team was not able to share the details. It's been 4+ months and the 45 days SLA has been breached long back. @airtelindia Can you please help me close this ASAP?

@airtelindia @airtelnews ,Airtel is not active in India now. I am 13 years of airtel customer in Hyderabad recently i shifted my broadband connection . They configured internet but they aren't able to enable static IP due to Lake of engineering. It's bad days for AIRTEL. # RK.HYD
