@airtelindia I own postpaid no 9420723676 and want to convert it in prepaid number. I have contacted Airtel express house in Navshakti arcade Bhusaval. The person on hearing the case refuses to do and told my login ID is not working you may go to Jalgaon 25km away for the purpose

Hopefully Vodafone comes back stronger to break the monopoly of Jio and Airtel. Can't believe even Jio/reliance customer service is much better now compared to Airtel
