    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sucks big time despite charging premium fees. There is never anyone who can be reached in case of outages. And the app directs you too a number which only has an IVR selling services and resolving nothing.

    @airtelindia my old landline has been allocated to someone after I surrendered in several years ago. Though it is allocated to someone, it is visible in account and what is worst, the usage amount has been deducted from my bank accnt. No reply with several remainders 022 40030948
