  @airtelindia - Just became a fan of your customer service.They just suggested filing a disconnection request & moving to Jio because they couldn't figure out how to move my connection from one tower to another in the same bldg. Folks over the call were clueless & had zero empathy

  @Gautam_singh001 @airtelindia , I used airtel from past 10 yrs. no value fr cx at all. I hate Ambani but still I am using jio fibre. Ppl reach ur home within hours of complaining. Very quick good service is provided by jio now. I switch from airtel to jio last year. I was bound to. Airtel sucks
