@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what to say about airtel , as usual , your service always disappoints customers. I have registered almost 10 times for engineer's visit since started your airtel DTH service. Every time I have to pay 150 rupees.

Aap @airtelindia ki chronology samajhiye. Don’t send hard copy of bills-> start automated calls to the customer after missing the due date coz bill wasn’t sent-> customer will request for bill -> @airtelindia will say “ we will help you” -> Dur date miss -> include late fees now.
