We were informed that my number has now been permanently disconnected and cannot be restored through the store. We were advised to contact Airtel’s escalation team via the email IDs provided. We were also informed that the number will not be reallocated to another customer for 120 days, so there may still be an opportunity to review this case. I sincerely request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to urgently escalate my case and help recover my number before it is permanently lost.
