    Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel postpaid is trap first they let you in then charge unnecessarily and they didnt not allow us to convert in prepaid or port to other network easily. don't go for postpaid. customer care also not supportive. rates/charges/plans are expensive.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Got a duplicate SIM on August 27th from Airtel office at Penta Estate, Janatha Rd, Kathrikadavu, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala 682025. This is yet to be activated even after six days!! customer care told that one should visit the same shop again…1/2

    @airtelindia Mob 7356030121 I am really cheated by Airtel. I had checked open network and that app shows excellent coverage in indoor and outdoor. But after start using services I am really shocked. I am really cheated by Airtel. Very bad experience

    Hey @airtelindia You claim to be the fastest network in 28 states and I am sure Kerala is not one of them. Shitty network which is always losing the connection and dead slow. The internet service is pathetic and slow. I had to depend on my WiFi to complete this tweet.

    Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

    Been trying to shift my Airtel WiFi just 1 km away — it’s been a week with ZERO resolution. No updates, no accountability. But the moment you request a new connection, you get flooded with calls instantly. @airtelindia @airtelnews Clearly, existing customers don’t matter.

    @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy 😡

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support clearly stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter would be reviewed and adjusted on billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999
