My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. Iโve tried calling multiple times, but there isnโt even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I donโt receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, Iโll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.
