    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised an issue regarding poor network in the new area where I am going to shift. I requested customer care to resolve the issue. But issue showing as closed. Request no.31-2732371138071 If complaint is not resolved, i have to port.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews How hard can the register email be? 1. Call the CC a million times through IVR and it has no options and disconnect 2. Search through the help doc page and not finding anything and nowhere to go from there 3. Email customer care with nothing happening

    @airtelindia Whenever I try to open my Airtel Payments Bank ID, it repeatedly tracks my location, and the network is so slow during this process that I always have to wait for five minutes. Why does the Airtel 5G internet slow down every single day? It happens all the time.

    @airtelindia what a poor service. The wifi speed / range has significantly reduced. Poor network coupled with poor service. Complained a couple of times but engineers are unable to sopt the problem. Perhaps there is a network issue in locality or in general.
