Okay as authority Why don't you take action to resolve it so people from Chennai region aren't left out.

    Converted my Airtel postpaid to prepaid and not able to recharge,money got debited with unsuccessful recharge message. Customer service accepted the issue and very cool. No incoming services util it gets solved.@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia No more India's leading network

    A/C 3015408097 The below mentioned issue resolved Thank You @airtelindia added Ch 369 with additional Rs3.54 but it was discontinued within 5hrs Also following paid Ch 372 373 374 387 & 815 removed @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @AIRTEL_KE @ndtv @OfficialJioTV @DishTV_India @NewsX

    @TRAI all the DTH providers not giving the proper tarrifs after the new regulations on pay for what channels you need. thereis no proper base price or information about what are the free channel in base price. @airtelindia becomes one of the worse service providers nowadays...

    @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint I also reached out to customer care multiple times but they asked me to visit the store and hence I had to go to the store nearby (Gulshan Vivante Noida Sector 137) where the agent mentioned that I didn't need to visit the store.
