    Converted my Airtel postpaid to prepaid and not able to recharge,money got debited with unsuccessful recharge message. Customer service accepted the issue and very cool. No incoming services util it gets solved.@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia No more India's leading network

Okay as authority Why don't you take action to resolve it so people from Chennai region aren't left out.

    India’s worst network. Few days back I sent a request for number portability and I got a call from your customer service regarding the same. Initially she apologise for the inconvenience, once I started sharing the issue she just hanged up. 😂😂 WTF @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @TRAI all the DTH providers not giving the proper tarrifs after the new regulations on pay for what channels you need. thereis no proper base price or information about what are the free channel in base price. @airtelindia becomes one of the worse service providers nowadays...

    I waited for @airtelindia technician to come and look into issue till 6.30pm. Later I called customer care the answer they gave was hilarious. She said"Mam the technician had rescheduled ur appointment. I wonder who is he to reschedule without my consent.
