Despite raising multiple complaints, your IVR still starts only in Hindi, making it difficult to access support in English. This is very disappointing. Please resolve both the mobile data issue and provide an English IVR option.

Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work.
