    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia , you are marking huge about your 5G plus in Chennai and the picture I am sharing is a location in Chennai where there is no 5G connectivity and you may check the 4G speed at the same location. How can anyone trust the network?

    @airtelindia on behalf of my mother, Sudha Vadlamani,  a resident of Hyderabad.  She has availed your OTT and wifi package of Xstream.( ID 3045593573 COMP NO 74402753) The complaint shows automatically resolved, even though it isn't! Do the needful

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia Part 3: Rightfully if you cannot provide a proper solution refund what I paid as recharge .Only thing your fast at is sending 50% & 90% data is consumed

    All I needed was internet shifted from one house to another. My new house is just one floor above. I am still waiting. The scheduled date was March 14th. @airtelindia I have called customer care multiple times. No use. What is this?!

    @airtelindia Better to go with BSNL Airtel and BSNL are same in quality of service, coverage and data at least BSNL is cheeper…

    @airtelindia worst experience with airtel for last 2 days PRI connections are not working. Irresponsible people are working in the escalation team. They are simply saying if you want to go to some other provider for. What is the nonsense the team doing.

    I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today I visited the your customer center shop. Reached at 7.20 PM, shop close time is 7.30. Still your team say NO. I was having critical issues of NO SIM & resolution was needed for urgency. Really worst service.

    @airtelindia Bravo As an #AirtelBlack customer, I called 121, asked to speak with a supervisor after speaking to Dhruva Bharadwaj, & got a revert that supervisor refused to take my call & asked me to visit an Airtel Store instead. Is avoiding customers your new premium service?🤬

    Since #airtel launched its so-called priority services, I’m facing call drops, no audio from caller, unable to make calls. Multiple complaints and coordinates shared, but no fix. Please visit my location, as I may not receive your call due to issue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
