    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since afternoon. Raised a ticket, but yet to receive any response. Ticket says an engnr will be allocated tomorrow anoon, i.e 24 hours after issues is reported. In all previous instances issue got rectified within 30-60 mins

    @airtelindia so called xstrem fibre speed is less than 2g speed Ihave wtitten 5 emails to ur customer care for restoring the old line which was good speed 4 visits by ur engineer in a week gas not resolved my issue ur customer care seems to be xstream speed as they have not replied till date

    @airtelindia I have registered my complain on Friday (4/92020) regarding the internet connection at my home. Still no one have visited for service. I went again to the airtel to ask what happened they gave me someone's contact to call them for service. No proper response.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will never accept it's own mistake and sort the issue. But if a consumer forget or delays they harass him so much. It's been 1.5 months issue are not resolved enterprise department sucks .. they don't even have qualified people to understand the prob

    @airtelindia when r u going to kaunch broadband and xstream in Andaman and Nicobar? There is total monopoly of BSNL here, atleast we want some options to choose from. Your service shall be better than what we get now.
