Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs. When searched on internet, I found no such rule.
