@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal Despite of multiple visits, number were not stopped and billing is still continued for one. Have received 1500+ bill for a month of one sim which is not even used. Customer care say number is being used in UP hence roaming is applied

Hey @airtelindia I have no data offer others platform getting free data provide. I have used your network long time but I think I will switch to because of cupons offer data not. I recharge 49 instade of 48 data. Now 48 recharge no validity getting thats why I recharge 49.😡😡😡

@TRAI @airtelindia @jagograhakjago why special numbers are chargeable like starting with 1860 ? Even Banks & most customer service number are using this range for Customer Service. As a consumer we have right to complain without paying any charges.
