    how ridiculous is your customer service @airtelindia, I had a simple disconnection request, how hard can it be to process. why am I being offered different offers, after outright rejection, and even after 20 minutes of call, call gets disconnected

    Dear @airtelindia I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the last 8 years, but I am unable to see the Axis Bank Airtel Credit Card offer/eligibility on the Airtel Thanks app. Surprisingly, new users are getting this offer while existing loyal customers r being ignored @AxisBank

    So, I recently relocated within the same locality around 1 km away and to my surprise none of ISP provide fiber optic. @reliancejio @airtelindia @tataplayfiber Year 2026 and all of them still providing Air Fiber ****.

    After multiple complaints, internet speed is still very slow. I haven’t received any proper update from customer care either. Very disappointing service and poor support experience. Call on my number , not on my alternate number.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
