@ViCustomerCare how pathetic is network?? Even unable to open YouTube or even browser. Unable to call properly. Such a shame. Even unable to connect to executive via IVR. Poor and disgraceful service. Only taking money and no proper service.@airtelindia is far better #PoorService

@airtelindia extremely poor customer support from Airtel DTH. Recharge done almost an hour before and since then trying to reach out for no signal or error code 6. No provision where I can talk to customer service guy. Sheer frustration choosing multiple IVR options

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint for my broadband, engineer visited the location 2 days after the scheduled time. Said they ll fix the issue next day but closed the complaint raised. Really disappointed. I need to talk a representative. This is really poor

Since 2022 I was reporting the same issue and u don't even take this seriously. Only your service does down @airtelindia @excitel_rocks pioneerinternet none of them disrupts this way, why the heck don't you fix the underlying issue and make us suffer your ruthless @ACTFibernet

One of the worst kind of network service provide is @airtelindia I can’t connect to their customer care even they charges to talk to customer executive. Just frustrating to use the @airtelindia. I am asking all my family and known airtel users to switch to jio. @airtelnews.
