    @ZeroVmos @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I use both Jio & Airtel. I've faced a similar issue when only on 5G network still data is exhausted & Airtel doesn't admit it as an issue which is weird & never faced this on Jio. A lot of people face this and no fix after years. I even used Vi 5G 2 months no issue with them

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia two days since registration and payment, no installation yet. No communication from anyone, no customer case phone number just IVR. No option in app chat for delay in installation issue. What's the way out???

    Received a call from @airtelindia customer care for DTH-postpaid merger. Without consent, my defence postpaid plan was changed from Rs 199 to Rs 449.This is fraudulent. Request immediate restoration of original plan, waiver of any charges & inquiry into the concerned executive.
