@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia extremely poor broadband service. Got msg service expired on 28th march but it was barred one day before. Roshni escalation team was so rude and not able to provide any assistance just saying servers down .

@airtelindia I was told on Feb 28 by Sr.Mgr Jnanadeep that safe custody charges are free for me as I am a loyal customer. But the bill has 500rs charged for the same. I spoke to 2 consultants who said they will rectify it but still not done. Tomorrow is the bill due date Plz Help
