    @airtelindia I made a shifting request of my broadband connection on June 9 and no one showed up to my new address as yet. I called Customer Care plenty of times, already escalated this 4 times but all in vein. It seems Airtel is only on sales but after sales service is pathetic.

    @SinghLions @Airtel_Presence Again new games are being played you say on calls and get our trust but on mail confirmation again we did not get the commitment which was said on calls @airtelindia. Is our Time also of some value? The customer care team is very well trained to lag issue than to resolve it

    @reliancejio never ever comprises with quality. @airtelindia is undoubtedly the best. @reliancejio just sucks. No service no quality. No one even to attend the problem even after booking. The agent dint even bothered to contact. Plz refund money and take away your useless box.

    Hi @airtelindia Can I Get In airtel Xtream Fiber in My Place , I waiting for last 2 years but as I booked airtel customer service says it not available where do you live ! How many year I should wait now ?
