    @airtelindia Hi Team very poor network in my area. Address: Mairupur, Baghauna, Sultanpur - 227814. When connect to customer care same repeated lines answering 'forword your consern to respective team'. 2 years completed no any solution provided by team.

    @airtelindia Please cancel my airtel black subscription and refund the money since you have not done any installation. According to Airtel black their system is not able to cancel and process refund. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.
