    @airtelindia in my local area Agstyamuni rudraprayag uttarakhand the condition of your network is going poor by poor. People's are facing problems daily. It's very frustrated and irritating.

    @BSNLCorporate No network since many days! I ported from airtel to BSNL but I regret this decision. @airtelindia what's the process to port back to airtel?

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @JM_Scindia It's been happening since last Saturday. Despite lodging complaint at Airtel (Ref:31-6839685694424 on 9/5/2026) the nuisance still persists, leading to invasion of my personal space and raising concern over cyber security and safety of my mobile device #Spam

    @airtelindia Hey raised a request on 4th May for shifting my WiFi connection and it was supposed to be completed by 8th May. Today is 12th May and nothing has happened yet. I’ve called customer care multiple times but no action has been taken. Extremely disappointing service.

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware

    @airtelindia my Wifi service has been down since the 10th of May. Even after registering a request there has been a serious lapse of service delivery as no one has yet rectified the issue. Such irresponsible nature of your response reflects the nature of work ethics in your org.

    . @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??

    @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia May I know which address you have taken. Every order from online platforms and postal what not, everything is coming except your service. I'm not even in a remote area man.
