    Hey @airtelindia 👋🏻 Since morning barely used Internet now its showing 50% usage that too at 800MB but it should be at 1024MB for 50%. IDK what's wrong with the sytem 800-900 Mb and it shows 50% finished. I seriously have a lot of issue with you guys 🙏🏻

    Highly irresponsible and worst service of Airtel wifi in Bhopal. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence almost 22 days and no response or resolution. Thanks, in future would ensure that none of my family/ friends subscribe this.

    My @airtelindia Wifi connection goes off two to three times in a month & i have to lodged a complaint in App with ticket number where the technician will visit day after tomorrow and these looters will charge full month bill robbing the customers blatantly. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel service and promises i got to see in last 5 days. A service provider who can’t keep their promise of providing connection within promised time but still continues to make excuses. Don’t even want to imagine abt after service. I just want my money back. @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia It's been over a week since I requested to shift my Wi-Fi via the Airtel Thanks app. Despite multiple follow ups, I still haven't received any proper response or resolution. Please resolve this at the earliest.

    As an Indian citizen, I expect accountability from both @airtelindia and the authorities responsible for protecting consumers. My complaint was raised on 2 Jul, with resolution promised by 3 Jul, 6 PM. My Wi-Fi is still down. @JM_Scindia @DoT_India #ConsumerRights #Airtel
