@airtelindia broadband is the worst service whenever you get some problem. Somehow my broadband got converted from prepaid to postpaid. Upon finding out, I asked them to convert it back to prepaid, they have zero options to do so. I don't know what rock they live under.

@airtelindia Hello airtel,, you are focusing on 5g but forget to see the other customers too. Daily lakhs of ppls affecting in slow network in airtel..please look into this.
