    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are quick to take the money but take ages when you’ve got to return in. My broadband connection never got fixed and so I had to cancel it at the Airtel store. He said I’d get a refund in 7-10 days, yet I have nothing yet

    Reported issue with complete details via email. Still I receive calls on a daily basis asking me to explain the issue. Service executives say that they don’t have access to the email I sent. Really?! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
