    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM was activated on 01.12.2022 but still I am not able to call or msg and it shows error of not registered on network, After recharging for 84 days, my 2 days are totally wasted. I require urgent action on such pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I told the collection guys I was in a family emergency, I'll pay with my older plan. But I am asked to pay 1k more for no usage from my end. Why couldn't you call me when my original plan had expired and not a month later? Poor service, disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence got the worst customer service. They wont asisst you properly on call. And if you take the pain to visit their store, they will keep you waiting for 30-45 mins. In any way customer have to suffer. Kudos

    @airtelindia Fiber Installation sucks in Jodhpur promised to install in 5 hrs…even after 24 hrs of work order generation and payment, no sign of any technician to install, no calls no message… @Airtel_Presence please answer, is this the after sales services you are providing???

    @UpasnaMehta @airtelindia Yes...they are becoming worst day by day. They always say "Your feedback makes us better everyday" but in real it's the opposite. Our feedback is making them worst everyday. I have chasing ky refund of amount 4000 from past one month for the services i never received.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw sir yeh Airtel wale customer ko pagal smjhte hai kya fasttag low balance ke naam pr hazaro rs le kr bethe hai inka tag update kro uske bad cash de kr toll cross kro . Plz take some action yeh sach mai pagal bna rhe hai
