    @airtelindia why airtel network has become so slow at Sreenagar area in #Guwahati ? Everytime there is a message from @Airtel_Presence that maintanence is going on but network never improves. Being an @airtelnews customer for over s decade, I feel highly dissatisfied.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews very poor network. I think its 2G service u r providing in the name of 4G. Pls chek whether 4G has been rolled out in Assam. I have full doubt.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You can allot the number: 7058073946 to someone else's name as I stopped using it. This happens when consumer realize that they get 2G network service from a 4G service cost. No improvement found after months of complaining @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

    @airtelindia I am at your airtel store with my 66 years old ailed father since one hour without being attended by your guys. His sim is having some issues. We need a replacement, but airtel need the owner of the sim in person. He is a CLD and CKD patient.This is really pathetic.

    @airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. No action on shifting was taken. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for Zero use. Request you to waive.

I have been a loyal Airtel customer for more than 10 years and currently use three Airtel numbers. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly raising service requests, the network issues remain unresolved. Frequent call drops, poor voice quality, and weak data connectivity have made it difficult to rely on your services. As a long-term customer, I expected much better support and accountability from Airtel. My patience is now wearing thin, and if this issue continues unresolved, I will be left with no option but to seriously consider porting all my numbers to another service provider. I request your immediate intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest. If network coverage in my area is inadequate, please conduct a site survey and consider installing a network booster/extender to improve service quality.     I am fed up with @airtelindia terrible network; they talk about providing coverage in the mountains, yet there is no signal even on the ground. Their recharge plans are more expensive than those of any other company.

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution

    @Utsavv2006 @Airtel_Presence Facing similar situation here, I have registered a complaint and they promised me they would fix it by 9th June. It's 10th June and @airtelindia doesn't give a single update on it.
