For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! He later switched to @reliancejio and has been using it for all his international trips without any issues. I'd recommend getting a Jio SIM for international travel.
