No action on shifting was taken. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for Zero use. Request you to waive.

Even outdoor coverage is very weak, causing poor signal and slow data. Please investigate and improve the network coverage in this area.
