@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence SR 31-3734640197453 Closed yesterday after 1 month and my internet connectivity issue not resolved. Have no or poor 4G connectivity. Even after months of repeated complaints not resolved. Airtel sucks. Pathetic service @DoT_India please take notice.

No internet since yesterday evening. Tried to contact customer care at 01144444121, but after entering the Airtel no. as asked by the pre recorded voice all I m getting to hear is ur Caller tune. The tune repeated 5 or 6 times but nobody answered. Very poor service @airtelindia

@airtelindia I am at your airtel store with my 66 years old ailed father since one hour without being attended by your guys. His sim is having some issues. We need a replacement, but airtel need the owner of the sim in person. He is a CLD and CKD patient.This is really pathetic.

@JioCare This is what the jio service os all about. the representative committed on coming today for the fibre connection, he requested is to wait at home...now they dont even pick our call. Its better to think jio dont need more customers, we should shift to @airtelindia.

The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel
