For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! No action on shifting was taken. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for Zero use. Request you to waive.
