Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

It showed the problem is being resolved since last 3 days. Today it shows the complaint has been closed. Please help me resolve the problem ASAP.

For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network!
