    Truely disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber connection its shows low signal / Signal Error / Continuous blink LOS button in Red Colour... Its not the most reliable Wifi Broadband & it happens 3 to 4 times a month which is pathetic @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #AirtelFibre

    What happened? @airtelindia can't able to study even for the exams due to the network. Showing emergency calls and out of coverage network. This is not expected as I was your loyal customer since 2015 with no other sim connection. Very disappointed and saddened. Guwahati,Assam

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have been calling the customer care at 121 & 198 so many times but still not able to talk with an agent. It is such a worst automated call where we wait so long and still we don’t get any options to talk with an agent for registering our complaint

    @airtelindia I asked do you have sim home delivery service.They said no.Can you please tell is this that priority service you advertise.I call ed 121 they also said that you visit another branch or visit the zoo road center after confirming.If this is the situation of a service .

    @airtelindia can you imagine what is the condition of the user.Does it mean that I have to travel another 10km or visit daily the nearer service center to get my priority service?I cant because I have job.I cant visit everyday to check wheather server link available.Sorry airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What kind of service is this… You guys call up and when I pick up there is music going on and in the middle it says to hold the line. And this goes on for a minute or so.!!! Why call when you guys dont speak up !!!

    @darylafc @airtelindia they reduce the speed from backend every now and then last month when I complained they increased it now again my speed has dropped to 70 mbps while I have a 200 mbps connection and they never reduce bill for lack of speed @DoT_India

    @airtelindia I am airtel customer almost from decade long I am using 1 postpaid ,1 prepaid,and digital TV almost spending 600-700 per month just to get call drops on both numbers I have logged complaint just to realize my complaint was closed without any solution..

    @airtelindia Your xtream fibre isn't working from 2 days. No customer care to talk with except bots. Only one message keeps on repeating that there's technical issue. Seriously! No proper reply from 2 days now. 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why r your cust calling execs poor in communication & rude? My sim was spoilt, got replacement yday fm store,lady made verification call 9875954809, was unclear, impatient/dis-courteous because i culdnt understand her accent. SIM still not activated
