    @airtelindia serice is Worst service two days before automatic shut my sim. So I went to airtel office they giving answer I really shocked. They straight forward take new sim and its will cost ₹100. I thing better port airtel to @reliancejio

    Hey @airtelindia my internet just stopped working. I opened airtel thanks app to raise acomplaint but saw there's a request to terminate my landline connection. I called the local airtel guy and now I can't even access my broadband settings from the app

    @airtelindia You are not capable of expanding your Airtel Xstream Fiber network in Visakhapatnam.Have been requesting for connection since more than 3 year still I hear the same answer that connection is not feasible and we are trying. I can tell you're not trying.Pincode 530011

    @airtelindia I have trusted airtel from the first time i bought an cellphone, and my whole family uses airtel , but they have always disappointed me with their service , i have an airtel wifi, every month they are out of service for atleast 7 days and i suffer a lot.

    Booked for @airtelindia airfiber wifi on 04/07/26 and paid 1500/- in advance. Till now as of no engineer is assigned for installation nor there is progress. while booking I was made to believe that thier service is too fast and if any problem comes up, they would reach in 4 hrs

    @Airtel_Presence Again booked Airtel DTH. Got a call from Mr Pandiyarajan he said they can process only wifi and DTH not DTH Alone. This shows perfect mis handling customer requirement for individual sales target. Wt is happening @airtelindia . I have waited last 03 days Such a worst service.

    @airtelindia internet fails during every power outage despite being on a backup. Technician visited, checked absolutely nothing, and just told me to buy Airtel’s own power backup device to fix it. Is this customer service or just an upsell tactic? Please look into this.

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , This is beyond frustrating now. I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService
