    @airtelindia 's airfiber has one of the worst customer support team ever. They promised that a complain I put in would be solved by 29th and then asked for 4 hours more every time we called. All I needed was my IPv4 to be out of the CG NAT range for online gaming @RockstarGames

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews first of all I got the worst Internet service from you and the customer care misleading me every time whenever I talk to customer care. I want you to pick up your router asap and refund money at time of pick up.

    BSNL removed 3G network from 1st Jan, 2026 so @airtelindia telecom network also remove the 2G/3G services immediately. We have paying 4G call/data rates for 2G and 3G Network @TRAI @Dot_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what happened to complain id:11022172249. The entitlement _id given for my Airtel Black account is activated for Amazon prime subscription of some other customer with phone no ending with '21'. Smelling FRAUD No resolution since last 5 days.

    @airtelbank Why you are forcing us to use ur Banking services. We don't want to use it because ur over all services are very poor. Because of ur monopoly we are forced to use your ncmc card and facing problems regularly. you have deactivated other services to recharge. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @airtelindia you have the worst Thanks app ever. Like how hard is it to get a human to talk to.. I need to get the separate wifi and DTH plan. I don't want your black plan because it is simply ****. HOW DO I DO IT? My mom wants to watch TV. Not buffering logo.

    @airtelindia u have set AI assistant in your customer care number . There is no way cust can connect with a real agent / human being to talk about issues with airtel . This is pure fraud . we just recharge and if there’s any issue , you deploy ai to ignore the customers . @TRAI

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From 3 days I can't able to use my 5G unlimited data.Every day the data is consumed from daily 4G quota. I talk with advisor 3 times but they failed to solve my problem. I'm going to loose my patience now.I paid extra for 5G unlimited but I can't use it.
