    @airtelindia My Airtel Xtream broadband has been off for now almost 20 hours and whenever I go and report a complaint it just increases the time to next 3 hours. I have not paid for this kind of pathetic service.

    @JioCare I didn’t want to express my frustration on a social platform however it seems there is no other way forward. Very unprofessional behaviour on handling service request 2079641533. I should have never moved away from @airtelindia for broadband services.

    @TataPlayin Feedback? Are you kidding me? The problem still persist, called up CS and again got a 2 Hours ETA, He said the technical issue is resolved & it's slowly getting rectified. Looks like time to switch to @airtelindia #DTH

    @airtelindia i am using Airtel postpaid connection from last 4 + year but services level very down in last month without my permission one online plan activated also added in bill amont , How this possible without inform me ?? Also change my annual plan without my permission

    You should have provided the close connection service separately for one who needs to close it. I raised requests but they are not closing the connection. It's going on postpaid on its own which I am not going to pay for. @airtelindia you can't close it i am not paying for it.

    Signed up for #airtel dth and internet and regretting it already. False promises and fake commitments have left me with a bad experience. Sales person chased me and made to do the payment and disappeard. Promising the world and delivering nothing? #beware #fake @airtelindia

    @airtelindia wishing to use Airtel's fibre wifias a customer. I am being continually refused for absurd reasons over the past six months. Please check into it and take the necessary  action.  DM me for the details.
