    @itsankshree @airtelindia @airtelbank I think they are doing it intentionally and keeping the money by citing technical issues or giving us the flow of the process of recharging the transit card like the customer is illiterate. If there is a technical issue then, they should cancel the transaction right away.

    My @airtelindia wifi is down by now 6 days. Absolute lies by CX teams, they keep promising false dates and engineer visits. I'll be moving my wifi and number that I've used for well over 10 years to another provider. Absolute trash service. @suchitasalwan

    1 month and still no refund or device pickup from Airtel for request 11031545703 & complaint 8779955641384. Unable to contact support, complaints disappeared from app. Consumer complaint already filed: 9446736. Have all call recordings & proofs. Resolve immediately. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very poor to almost no signal at C Block Sushant Lok 1 Gurgaon area. Can’t make calls even.

    What's the point of advertising "Unlimited 5G" when my daily 2GB data gets exhausted while I'm connected to 5G? Speed tests show 5G, but my regular 2GB data is still being used. It's been a 4 days Need clarification and a fix, Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel
