@tanviprya @airtelindia ACT is good in most areas except mine. So, me & my frnd tried BSNL Fibernet. Stereotypical BSNL is very bad service provider but their Fibernet is really really good. Our plan -> Rs 700/month (after GST) - 3300GB/month - 60Mbps. It's been over a year & never faced any hiccups.

@tanviprya @tanaypratap @airtelindia To be honest Airtel Black any problem I've had is resolved under they say 24hrs but I've always gotten response in less than 3hrs...but yeah non black users reaching customer care is a big pain in the ***.
