    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is good you are revising the rates.. One cannot even expect a solution for any issues since you guys are more interested in closing the ticket without any solutions nor taking concurrence from the customer before closing. So #jio apni zindagi.

    I thought @airtelindia try to solve the all queries of their customers, I have seen their ads in television regarding that. However, it seems that first they need to improve the interactive voice response (ivr) facilities to connect the customer executive for solution of issue.
