    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 hours since we have an outage in our area. What tis the progress? When will services be restored? Why 5 6 hours you need to fix? Its impossible to reach your customer service and speak to a human. Neither phone nor broadband is working

    @AirtelNigeria @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Wifi Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has not installed and Airtel is not cancelling and returning my money. Worse service & money extortion.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because of Airtel’s failure, I was even forced to exit Airtel Black and lost bundled benefits despite being a paying customer. This is wrongful service denial and harassment. Immediate senior intervention, restoration, and resolution required.

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel I applied for the air fibre 5 days ago and still didn't get any update on installation status.. I was told this will be done in 24-48 hrs. Your customer supports are automated no help from there.. Atleast give me some update or whatsoever 🙄

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My WiFi has been down for the last 2 days and despite your engineer visiting and promising it would be fixed within 2 hours, NOTHING has been done till now. No update, no resolution, no accountability.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your sales team is much better than your support team , just visit airtel thanks app, open wifi/iptv and exit , they would call you instantly asking if i want to buy wifi service which I dont because i already have one. On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
