Hey @airtelindia my internet just stopped working. I opened airtel thanks app to raise acomplaint but saw there's a request to terminate my landline connection. I called the local airtel guy and now I can't even access my broadband settings from the app

I think I have wrongly chosen airtel xtreme broadband of @airtelindia. Its signal strength is very poort and not connecting to tv in the next room. Totally disappointed as the sales executive and others keep giving numbers of others to complaint, but no one ready to resolve.

@airtelindia Stop harassing customers. Your customer support is useless. They first say that they will resolve the issue within 4 hours. Then when you call them after 4 hours, they ask me to tell them the issue all over again and say they will resolve it within 24 hours.
