    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Number ported to Airtel last night. No network with previous provider. New Airtel sim inserted - Recharge is showing as 299/- but there's no network with the airtel sim since last night. Re-inserted the new sim couple of times. No network!! Plz help

    @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal Some schemes in my knowledge 1. Network holiday... No calls, data, sms for the day.. In place of that day 9rs to customers or 1 day extension maximum 2 days for month 2 data speed plan, I.e for rc amount speed will increase

    Hey @airtelindia my internet just stopped working. I opened airtel thanks app to raise acomplaint but saw there's a request to terminate my landline connection. I called the local airtel guy and now I can't even access my broadband settings from the app

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As an Airtel Black subscriber, I made the apparently unreasonable request of having my fiber connection switched from NAT mode to bridge mode. To Airtel’s credit, the configuration change was completed promptly the very next day. Unfortunately, that seems to be where competence ended. What none of your support personnel, across multiple support tickets and at least three levels of escalation, appear to understand is that when an ONT/router is configured in bridge mode, the subscriber requires PPPoE credentials to actually access the Internet. This is not an exotic networking concept. It is Networking 101. As a result, my broadband connection remains unusable. Since my Airtel TV set-top boxes also depend on this connection, my television services are down as well. My professional work has been impacted, and I have spent days educating your support teams about the basics of the service they are supposed to support. My current ticket number is: 11032477458. Today, two different representatives called to assure me that my issue would be attended to. Having made those assurances, they have now apparently adopted the innovative customer-service strategy of simply not answering calls. At this point, I am seriously considering permanently disconnecting the broadband service and pursuing compensation for the consequential losses I have suffered due to Airtel’s inability to resolve a straightforward technical issue. And finally, a word about the Airtel Thanks app. Calling it “Airtel Thanks” is perhaps the most optimistic branding exercise in telecommunications history. Based on my experience, “Airtel Thankless” would be considerably more accurate.

    @airtelindia has the worst service in the broadband and DTH game. I've had a network drop and some issue with my router for almost a year now. Everytime I call the customer care for the service log, the person comes, does something and goes and just closed the service job.
