    Hey @airtelindia my internet just stopped working. I opened airtel thanks app to raise acomplaint but saw there's a request to terminate my landline connection. I called the local airtel guy and now I can't even access my broadband settings from the app

    Im ******* porting my network to another, its not faster network the waster network. Every time my money wasted for internet but i didnt even use it properly. Airtel thanks app also biggest ****, it doesn't even work for signal test. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, Being loyal to your network, Most of the people in rural areas are using mobile, just for calls. For your information, they even do the outgoing calls. Where are the unlimited plans for them. Pity of you... really... #AskWion. Bring UnlimitedPlans for calls

    @airtelindia worst support ever your maintenance department can't fix the wiring issue and everytime I raise a request they give me time and then apply a bandage instead of proper fix and I am a corporate user if you guys not able to fix the issue please tell me so I can switch

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia But your dedicated customer care team says not possible. Someone is lying here. Either the team just to sell the international roaming plans or the customer support team for whatever reason. I will be porting out 3 mobile connections + 1 DtH + 1 wi-fi connection

    @airtelindia You charge customers for unlimited 5G, but only provide 2 GB of usable data. The so-called "unlimited" service doesn't work at all.Why do you fool people by advertising it as unlimited while taking full recharge charges? Who is going to compensate customers for this?

    @airtelindia through your customer care I raided IPTV request and paid the fee for the same but even after 8 days no progress.. you internally assigned this to DTH and your team is not able to rectify or cancel for last 5 days

    @airtelindia It has been more than 24 hours, and the issue still remains unresolved. I have already raised this complaint 5–6 times. Kindly resolve the problem immediately or arrange to collect your equipment if you are unable to fix it.
