@airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

Got a credit card frm Axis Bank in affiliation with Airtel no proper procedures followed & fees info informed, issued it in wrong name & very low limit.Cant activate it nor cancel it .Reachd out to local branch,customr care & PNO no reply! @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport @airtelindia

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Just wanted to bring notice for Airtel pathetic service. In last 2 months I have raised almost 10+ complaints, but issue never resolved and case getting closed without fix. So finally I decided to quit the Airtel fiber after 5+ years service.
