    @airtelindia I have ordered HD setup box on 10 th April till now technician has not installed and called customer support but no response very bad services ,if I dont get connection in next 2 hours I will cancel and go for other service highly dissapointed with airtel @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service for fiber installation. Even if after doing initial payment no one is coming for installation and no response from distributor as well. Airtel appellate officer also not taking any responsibility.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As suggested, I kept the router switched off for around 30–40 minutes and now the internet is connected again. But I’m not sure why this issue keeps happening repeatedly. If this continues regularly, it’s going to create a lot of problems.

    @airtelindia My internet suddenly stopped working one day in March. After more than 10 customer care complaints and 15 days they couldn’t fix my service. So I had to port to Jio. Now airtel is not acknowledging my outstanding payment which I have already paid twice.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I selected the ₹699 Airtel Black BB + IPTV plan because it included TV service also. Only broadband was installed initially as my TV had not arrived then.

    Hey @airtelindia - it's been 2 days since my attempts at trying to get a replacement SIM card. How hard can it be? Store keeps saying some technical issue/error at backend. It's now a serious problem.
