    @airtelindia I have ordered HD setup box on 10 th April till now technician has not installed and called customer support but no response very bad services ,if I dont get connection in next 2 hours I will cancel and go for other service highly dissapointed with airtel @TRAI

    @airtelindia I am facing worst experience from last 3 4 months on Airtel..very pathetic experience.. always call drops.. not clear voice..very poor service in Kopargaon region of Ahillyanagar district in Maharashtra.. Don't know what's the issue but very very unhappy

    @airtelindia you guys are providing worst service in Jaitala area of Nagpur highly disappointed won’t reccomend this to anyone terrific every other time their WiFi goes out of service and they charge full Everytime .

    @airtelindia I ported my mother’s SIM from Vodafone to Airtel and was advised to upgrade from the ₹499 plan to ₹699. It has been 4 days and the SIM is still not ported. I’m already being charged for the ₹699 plan while the service is not active.

    @airtelindia it's happening again! I pay 400/month but as soon as last 3 days of my recharge plan comes the internet starts shitting! There literally no ******* thing working on my phone! Either fix this or I've to move to court!

    @airtelindia I did not opt for international roaming during my trip. However, after returning, I received a message stating that international roaming had already been activated, despite me not using the service. Please look into this issue and help reverse the incorrect charges

    What a pathetic customer service you have @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This my transaction ID - NX26061420291277542623251 of my wrong recharge. I raised a request within 75 minutes of it. Still not getting my refund 😭😭.
