    @airtelindia I have ordered HD setup box on 10 th April till now technician has not installed and called customer support but no response very bad services ,if I dont get connection in next 2 hours I will cancel and go for other service highly dissapointed with airtel @TRAI

    @airtelindia xtream fiber broadband connection not working since yesterday afternoon. Had raised a complaint at 6:37 pm last evening. No call or update received from engineer. No sms received about assigned engineer. Close to 20 hours now without resolution.

    @airtelindia That's why you guys are always losing from @reliancejio because your service is pathetic your Agent first told me he ll install my fiber connection when i was done wid all paymnts you guyz came to my who and say nhi laga payenge cuz 50 meter wire jyda lagega (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare fibre cable broken in bad weather, service engineer is saying either pay for complete cable or switch over to Airtel fibre. Is this your service? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys seems some problem as the extreme fiber wiring has been done at scc sapphire raj nagar ext. Ghaziabad but suddenly it got stopped. There are more than 500 houses which needs good internet.

    This is worst. We have 4 sim at home and same issue. I was told that I'll get resolution within 3 days. Now more than a week. I'll be taking out 4 sim along with 10 of our relatives to @reliancejio as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is not bothered to listen. #patheticAirtel

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Im facing continous service outrage from my Xstream fibre since three days now, not able to use the service and not to forget my modem always acting up, disconnecting in the middle while browsing or working, Im thinking of moving to jio fiber now

    Customer support does not even have details as to who has been assigned to look into the issue. What is the point of having buying broadband/fiber from Airtel then? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia we have been having issues with our wifi And have been contacting you for 3 days And still it hasn't been rectified The issue has been closed once without being resolved Very disappointed with the service Would be helpful if it's sorted out soon @Airtel_Presence
