    @airtelindia I have ordered HD setup box on 10 th April till now technician has not installed and called customer support but no response very bad services ,if I dont get connection in next 2 hours I will cancel and go for other service highly dissapointed with airtel @TRAI

    @airtelindia is going down the BSNL line. Full day wifi disruptions in 4 out of the last 7 days. No prior intimations. Maintenance from 9 am to 9 pm. No way to reach any customer support person. Why is there no reduction in bill amount if wifi is disrupted for 10-15% of the time?

    Airtel's network is literally the worst! 5G is just a ghamla (show-off) , unlimited data is useless when it throttles after daily limit . And they removed the option to talk to customer care . Complain? Forget about it! I'm outta here, switching to Jio for real 🔥! @airtelindia

    I've been noticing for the past two to three months that the @reliancejio Network isn't working at all. The entire village is frustrated because they can't get any work done. In this situation, I want to thank @airtelindia for providing such a good network. When you talk to Jio's customer care, they say that the issue will be resolved in 2-3 working days, but that's not happening.All the villagers are frustrated and are porting their numbers to Airtel. Please look into this matter. I request @reliancejio to take immediate action in Village:- Kashisarapati Post:- Hargarh City:- Mirzapur Pincode:- 231313.

    @airtelindia There is no way to talk to any customer care about wifi. That level of automation is not worth it. Poorest customer care service. Why can't you put any executive number ?
