Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel? "Sir, please talk to our senior." 30 minutes on hold just because you made the mistake of choosing Airtel. Then they have the audacity to send a bill for a service they never provided.

Network becomes slightly usable only at night. Kindly fix this issue urgently or users will be forced to port to another telecom company
