@SachinSangoi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I had been a Vodafone customer for more than 10 years. Ported to Airtel 2 months back, happy with the network coverage. PS- be prepared to receive atleast 100 calls a day from Vi to make you change your mind.

@airtelindia I’m a customer of yours from ages and paying Rs 1002/- as my broad band monthly payment, today I got to know the same plan tariff is Rs 499/- , I was paying excess of Rs 503/- almost 9 months , when I contacted you customer care they says it not possible to refund
