  @airtelindia do not make recharge online with airtel, they deduct your money and do not renew your plan just give you transaction ID nothing else. At Customer care no human to reply either on call or on chat.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every query goes through useless chatbots with zero human understanding. How hard is it to provide actual customer support instead of scripted BOT replies? Paid for 84 days, received 83 days. Is “pay more, get less” the new Airtel policy?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What a fraud you are? Wifi disconnects multiple times a day and facing this issue last 15 days. Raised multiple requests and no one cares to visit after all. Only thing U know is sorry for any inconvenience but you really not sorry. Pathetic service

  A prepaid #Airtel mobile number was disconnected from 4th May 2026 stating without any reason. When my friend walked into the Airtel Showroom at Mogappair West, they said that there was some issue with the Name which was not entered properly by @airtelindia Staffs in spite of KYC
