    @ChristinMP_ @JM_Scindia @airtelindia Airtel Bangalore is taking more than 48hrs to rectify a Wi-Fi complaint raised vide 08016781831_wifi. Engineer was supposed to attend to the complaint on 29th May 2026. Engineer doesn’t pickup the call from customer or the call centre.

    Disappointing experience with @airtelindia. The app says my Pixel 9 doesn't support Priority Postpaid, while simultaneously showing 5G SA and Network Slicing enabled and asking for Android 16—which I'm already running. Contradictory information and poor customer support

Despite repeatedly confirming my correct address with customer support, the wrong address continues to be entered in the system. I have been following up since yesterday
