    Need help! My friend recharged for his @airtelindia number via @Paytm and received confirmation messages from both. But after 10 days of use, he started getting recharge expiry alerts when calling and on the 11th day, the recharge expired. How the hell is it possible?🥲

    @airtelindia @praveenprasad Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia Highly inappropriate reply by Airtel regarding mobile number associated with @airtelxsafe. Airtel not providing a Landline phone since that number doesn't work there we got installed BSNL now they say we can't surrender, if we do they won't provide Canera services.

    @airtelindia I have a secondary number which is prepaid. I have renewed the subscription bang in time but your sms in unstoppable like diarrhea since 4 days despite recharging. Why don’t you fix your systems cos app shows recharged successfully for your sms irritating daylights
