@airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

@JioCare pathetic customer service, since 26th following for fibre relocation i scheduled for 28th, was auto moved to 27th, I asked engg to visit on 28th no one contacted, again changed to 29th, moved two times again on 29th, 4 times rescheduled, better movin to @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no response on case for more than 12 days. I got text for rating of case resolution. Without even visiting the sire how can you close the case saying it is resolved. Pathetic service. Can you solve the broadband issue or should i change the provider?
