    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    Utterly worst customer care by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Inspite of me providing all documents and having reassurances from the twitter team, my mobile connection was still permanently disabled They have no idea what they are doing. Visit a airtel store instead.

    @airtelindia : I use Redmi Note 3, and have enabled VOLTE, but still i dont see VOLTE icon and from Airtel Help and Support APP, i get notification that my number 9741126320 is not registered, can you please register my number for VOLTE? Thanks

    @airtelindia I'm not going to pay my bill till you fix my internet what is the point of having a wifi dongle if I'm using my mobile hotspot of another service provider to get my work done for almost a week?!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence im facing continuous call drops, people trying to reach me are always getting not reachable/switch off even though i hv signal in my phone, every outgoing call takes min 1 min to ring, this is annoying can u pls fix???

    And then when I disconnect the WiFi the call mostly always goes fine. My very random guess is this has something to do with the connection over WiFi. The network on both - the SIM (@airtelindia) and the ACT fibernet (@ACTFibernet) WiFi - is pretty stable and fast. (2/2)

    @airtelindia I am premier customer of airtel since long and for last 1 year it had been pathetic experience with airtel. And even after raising complain from airtel thanks app, nobody bother to connect and solve the issues. Highly disappointed and have to now think other options
