@airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

@airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

This is extremely disappointing. A customer has repeatedly contacted your support team, complied with your instructions, and yet the mobile service continues to remain barred. Instead of resolving the issue, your executives have provided contradictory responses and repeatedly demanded payments without any proper clarification. This reflects poorly on your customer service and grievance redressal mechanism. Didn’t expect this from you, @airtelindia. Airtel has completely shattered my trust. I paid in advance for a new Wi-Fi connection, and within just 4 days the service stopped working. A brand-new connection should not fail so quickly. Despite raising complaints, the issue remains unresolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @airtelnews worst internet service. It's been more than 24hrs I'm not able to access the internet. Rebooted the modem more than 100 times. Raised a service request. No one has reached me out. Why would I recommend this anymore!!! Fix this asap!!!
