I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

Met and Requested Mr Pravin but resolution is still pending. Store Manager was on leave. I have taken Wi-Fi Connection from Airtel Wi-Fi 03334669032. Paid all amounts asked for. However not getting TV Connection Activated. Airtel represent Mr Ishaan, mobile no +91 89813 12074 is not able to provide resolution. Struggling to get TV Set Top connection to watch TV since last two months. Corrective Action is required. Please help.

My Airtel AirFiber speed has been down to just 0.5–1 Mbps for nearly a week, especially in the evenings. No proper response from support, and the issue isn't even being addressed. Honestly, it’s time to switch from Airtel.
