How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. Iβm being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!
