I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

Repeated req not to call hv fallen in deaf ears. This is extreme level of spamming to ur own customer.

RSN (@RamSNarayan) reported@TRAI Should penalise or come up with a way to compensate the customers who use @airtelindia WiFi. In a month atleast 2-3 days would be experiencing technical issues and wifi down. Today the whole day the wifi is down. So why should we pay for 30 days of service ?
