    @airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

    @airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please cancel my suspended wifi account and arrange an executive to pickup the router.. I tried to raise a request thru app but there is no option... getting 2 to 5 calls daily to recharge...

    There is no human customer service agent to connect to as Airtel Chat bot on Thanksapp keeps on giving same reply @airtelindia as three days there is no WiFi and Digital TV services it’s better you pick up your scrap garbage white dabbas and sell it to scrap @Airtel_Presence

    I don't know what the hell @airtelindia is doing Firstly when I applied for a new wifi connection with them, they took the payment instantly and then no one visited to install the connection for 7 days And when technician did visited he said the bandwidth is low so we will cancel

    @airtelindia Your set top box is an idiot box,or ur deliberate trap to loot money,pressing ok 2 times subscribe a channel,how wl senior citizens manage this chutiyapa of urs? I would hv put a pin to final confirmation of subscription but u dnt hv tht also, surely deliberate loot

    Honestly I am tired of complaining again and again to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You want to increase the rates go on but atleast give the service you promise to I pay for 100mbps and there has been no single day when I have seen 100mbps speed in my laptop or mobile I am tired of this **** service
