I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
