    @airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    Paid for a new One Airtel connection on June 3rd, but zero progress since. Order ID: E5PVGJDYNA. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either get an agent assigned to complete this setup today, or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. This delay is unacceptable.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia why do you have subpar customer service in smaller cities? My parents have been complaining for no Wi-Fi since 7 days but no technician has even once visited the place, utterly poor state of services!

    @airtelindia What is this behaviour? I purchased 979 plan with unlimited 5G data but you are giving only 2gb data per day, after completion of it even I can't open a website. After calling Customer Care, some AI robot is talking and doesn't give proper reply & all? Loof into it

    @airtelindia pathetic service. Raised 3 requests raised, no response. Finally Had to visit store for eSim to physical SIM migration, She changed it different number than the number given to her. It is utter chaos. Again i was told to visit store spending time & money #India
