    @airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    @airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day 👎👎👎

    @airtelindia Even the Airtel stores are not helping and are only asking me to contact Airtel customer care, while the calls are not getting connected. All my efforts to get this issue resolved have been helpless so far.

    @airtelindia - 30 hours and still the Wi-Fi service in Pune Aundh area is down. No response or TAT being provided when the service is going to resume.. is anyone even looking into this. No intimation, no resolution!! @airtelnews @Shashwat_388

    @Airtel_Presence Called 121 multiple times, got 2 escalation calls & 4 IPTV team calls—still no resolution. Promised fix within 24 hrs, nothing happened. Ordered Mesh on 15 May, still not received. Extremely poor service.@airtelindia @airtelnews

    Very disappointed with Airtel WiFi service. Internet is not working properly and there is no proper customer support contact available. Facing continuous connectivity issues. Expected much better service from Airtel. Please resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why are your wifi services always down ? We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio
