  Poor experience with @airtelindia My mother uses a 2G fone, and after a recent network update, it has completely lost network connectivity. tried contacting customer care, stayed on the call for 11 min, only 2 find out d call is chargeable and I still couldn't connect to agent

  @airtelindia It seems your Chairman Mr.Mittal, Exe. VC Vitthal, CEO Shashawat must be using BSNL/TATA/JIO Wifi service network at their homes, while working from home.. Cause they know, they are confident, that their own company is not capable, resolving the customer complaints.

  @airtelindia Why we pay for your downtime ? Your average bill is 500/month 3-5 days normal downtime , every month complaint. That's 80/- per month + headache What's this?

  @_aryasna @airtelindia Totally agree! Postpaid call drops are worse than prepaid. Data issues too. Airtel needs to improve.

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Writing this as Airtel sucks with customer services in Chennai. I have been provided 0 service response through online and offline store and no one gives a proper response and no technician respond to the calls even the call from customer service
