I requested @airtelindia to stop characterising my request as a plan change or misbehaviour complaint. All requests are ignored conveniently and I am about to get updates on the action taken towards the employee misbehaviour(?).

@airtelindia I am not able to apply for top up for mesh service on Airtel app and customer service team is not ready to take that request on email or any other mode. Have a connection which is not working. How funny is this business model?

Well, the Airtel Tweet in the reply seems like they asked for the executive details to action this immediately. @airtelindia customer care is like a cult. They can't do anything the My Airtel App cannot and additionally they punish their own when they do nothing.
