@airtelindia kindly improve your customer care services. Entering the correct number while on call still showing that it’s incorrect number. Then we went to the airtel care they force us to use postpaid service’s instead ho prepaid. Pathetic services

@airtelindia why've you setup your customer care calls in a way customers can't talk with your executives? Your team doesn't reply mails. How would I get my issues resolved if you're purposely cheating like this? Ocassional No sim card error is making my life miserable.

@airtelindia Dear I have paid 10K for my broadband ARP on 30th. Nothing has been done. When calling your CC they are just keeping my call in hold and that’s it. Really worse service. This is how you treat your customers?
