  @airtelindia @Airtel You have really done injustice to customer by pushing incompetent chatbots rather putting human customer care.The email I got from airtel shop again has bot responding. My phone recharge deducted money and for 3 days it's still not resolved. Can someone help.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

  @airtelindia we have not had access to Internet for the last 20+ hrs. The same thing happened last month too. This is pathetic service. I need this fixed asap I have work to do
