What the hell is this @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when I am connecting the call to your customer care and any other customer care number, they are saying you have insufficient balance to make the call, and then they cut the call. I had already sent my number in DM.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xstream fiber is down for more than 3 hours now. After talking to customer care 2-3 times, finally, I was told that I have "paid money for waiting for minimum 2-4 hours" meanwhile if I want to use internet, I should recharge my @JioCare sim.
