@airtelindia do you have any plans of improving your network(data speed and voice quality) performance. The service offered by you is worse, I would suggest you must provide free services to all customers till you fix the network issue else no doubt losing the valuable customers.

2) When I complained 2nd time they said the slot is 5-6pm and your issue will be resolved, but I had to have sit there till 8 and nothing happened. Very dissapointed and now I am thinking on to get JioGibre remove and get with @BSNLCorporate or @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I raised a complaint to Higher Authorities, they said issue will be resolved soon. But rather than taking action against the team, they straight up called me and denied the installation. 7 Days wasted and refund will take 20 more days. (2)
