@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I stay in Nandanam in Chennai. There are so many outages for the broad band, conveniently on weekends. Secondly, how can your outage or maintenance issue run into multiple days! In another couple of days this this outage will complete one week!

My personal experience Airtel is worst network, due to poor network and customer support service. I have not seen any company worse than this. Jio & V! are much better. I am stuck in Airtel and now have to stay in it for 90 days anyhow @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @reliancejio

I tried adding money through Axis Bank Debit Card and Kotak Mahindra Online Banking. Some technical issue is there. I assume, it is due to inefficiency in Airtel app. Your customer care is not able to help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #NoThanksAirtel
