    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    Trust me , you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia are big time frauds . We are forced to pay for services which we are not able to use. There is absolutely no network again at jigani , bangalore -560105 . It is happening on regular basis now .

    @airtelindia In India most irresponsible mobile service Provider. There is network frequency in rural areas in Puttur nearest area's and consumer care people taking very lite on complaints.

    @khushsundar @ibalamurugan72 @airtelindia Airtel is shutting down 3G as I know. But not about 4G. Yes you are correct....4G also is not working properly

    @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia Aftr requesting umpteen times, yesterday technician KAMLESH +919311692845 came and said that wire is damage and SONU +916287939181 will come by 9 am and this guy SONU is sayings ir I am busy I will come later on.

    @airtelindia I got a fake call from a no. He/She asked me for otp of Airtel app login . And saying that share this otp for increasing validity. I responded very productive way and he cut the call immediately. Please take care. No is :-7719181430. This may be the case of fraud

    @airtelindia I have got my Airtel Fastag a month back ago. It still says shipped. Bcz of this I am not able to activate my Fastag. Such a carelessness from Airtel. They forgot to mark it as delivered. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how shameless you guys are. Disconnect the connection without prior notification and when trying to diagnose wifi,the page never works. The app is a complete scam and also the service. @DoT_India look into this. They never take complaints seriously.

    @airtelindia 18th day , Still Airtel couldn't able to solve a simple issue of profile update. Such a poor customer service experience. personally visited 6-7 times to the store now. Everytime given the excuse of waiting for back end team response. @Airtel_Presence your sevice is the worst

    @airtelindia how much money are you going to save keeping ai bots and getting rid of real people? I only get to speak to your real agent if I have to buy a digital service? How hopeless can you get. And that also a 30 min waiting and call gets disconnected. Is that the service?

    @airtelindia Raised a request to shift the wifi and dth connection at same adress from 3rd to 1st floor on 16 th may. Till date nobody visited to my house for shifting. Don’t we(customer) have curtesy in knowing when technician will come, please look into it Req id: 10944482619
