    @airtelindia It is a complete useless option until and unless it is supported by proper local service excutives. I have taken Airtel black subscription but I don't have access to wifi Or broadband for last three days and it is purly because of ignorance of local Airtel service excutives.

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @airtelindia again there is no mobile network at all at , jigani area - bangalore . Phones are all dead . Same thing happened last week for more than 4-5 hours . Are you people responsible or not , should have some shame

    @airtelindia I am not able to use internet on my mobile and call your customer support... Really poor experience from them. Don't know the value of customes..Need some helps who can sort it out the issue...

    @airtelindia In India most irresponsible mobile service Provider. There is network frequency in rural areas in Puttur nearest area's and consumer care people taking very lite on complaints.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a complaint on call drops and network issues, till now the issue has not been fixed. Again trying to log the complaint but the app doesn’t work. Worst network.

    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_PresenceI On 21 March I received confirmation that my Airtel Wi-Fi connection would be disconnected and billing stopped within 7 days. Request ID: 11027108757But the connection was never closed and Airtel generated another bill again. Please resolve this.

    @airtelindia This is beyond frustrating now. My Airtel WiFi has been down since this morning and I’m completely unable to work. The router constantly overheats, the connection drops again and again, and this issue has been going on for quite some time.

    What are you doing airtel first you don't give cheaper recharge plan and after recharging with ₹979 still my net is not working. I have changed 4G sim to 5G sim. But 4G sim is better than 5G sim. After upgrading my sim my unlimited is not working. @airtelindia @AIRTELSUPP27946

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing continuous Airtel Fiber issues. WiFi disconnects repeatedly and speed drops with huge spikes. Already raised complaints twice, but problem still not fixed. Please provide a permanent solution ASAP. #AirtelFiber

    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.
