Do not use @airtelindia airtel black service.. I opted for it and got a nightmare.. none of there agent know what is the process and how to converet, they will give u dth and make u wait for fiber u have to beg to them for fiber, then they will converet ur numbers and discnt dth.

@airtelindia If u call 121 they will b help less they will blame u for everything and when u ask them for communication ref number they will blindly deny which looks fishy i spoke to lady call Kriti she was help less she cannot even transfer and cant even provide reference number

Hey @airtelindia despite of multiple complaints and calls I am unable to get any help for your local service for broadband. I'm unable to use broadband from past 3 months and I have already paid for 1 year. Your service is pathetic.
