@airtelindia i opted for airtel fibre service on 4th june and payment is also completed. But till date installation is not done at my residence. SR request#132360176 got closed but still broadband installation is not done.

@airtelindia very poor service of broadband internet. Call centre does not have any information about technical team. Customer care saying After logging complaint in app they require 24 hours to resolve. We dont have that much time to wait.Who is responsible for losing our office

Faced very bad experience with @airtelindia , it's been more than 15 days i have applied for new fiber connection, but nothing had happened, everytime a new dedline is given by the customer support. Pliz take is seriously requesting to all the @airtelindia concern athruthity.
