    @JioCare , Entire Kanpur region is getting effected with poor network and all the consumers are not able to access the Internet despite having full data. This kind of service is pathetic on the part of Jio and resolve the issue. @airtelindia Can u guys help in such situation?

    Respected sir, recently I purchased an Airtel prepaid SIM from an Airtel Retailer store in Kolkata. I successfully converted this physical SIM into eSIM. My mobile data is perfectly working with high speed but the problem is Calling is still not activated. Help. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews we have lodged a complaint on 21 aug regarding our connection still we are waiting for the resolution no one visit at the site and our connection is inactive since last 15 days. How can airtel do like this with their customers.Shame on U

    Today is 24 August, and it’s been 15+ days without usable internet. I’ve contacted Airtel multiple times, but nobody is actually resolving the issue. @airtelindia — please take ownership and provide a proper solution instead of making me chase different teams.

    Still no response or engineer visit scheduled. Internet is completely non-functional for last 3 days. I was promised for a dedicated service as I am a Airtel Black customer. But in reality, it is quite opposite to that. Pathetic service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
