  @airteldth @airtelindia What a great service your have provided. I made dth change request from sd to xtream on yesterday. The request should be closed by yesterday 6:00 pm. But what i get on response we have escalated your request and engineer will touch but it not happen.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Bought a new prepaid airtel sim in the month of Nov 2021.Still getting calls and bank account messages of the previous registered user of the sim. Airtel Please fix this issue as getting the Bank Msgs ,OTP of previous user is very risky.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia No response from you from weeks. Airtel sim stopped working and I am struggling to get a duplicate sim. I have shared all my documents to you over email as per your request twice and now you are not responding. Is this the way you treat customers??
