  Hey @airtelindia, my internet has been almost unusable for the past few days despite full signal bars. I’m not even asking about unlimited 5G—I can’t properly use the 2GB daily data in my plan. It worked reliably before. Please investigate and fix this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Absoulutely bullshit service been trying to replace the wifi router from a week as it is not working even all call staffs are bulshit and the airtel store near my store is also trash. either replace the router or i will trow it in the office

  @airtelindia I was deceived by an Airtel customer care executive during a call on 16 Jul 2026. He asked for an OTP claiming it was to fix my internet issue but instead activated a new plan without my consent (Ref: 6P2E90X48N). Despite requesting cancellation, no action was taken.

  @airtelindia my internet service is down since 02-Jul-26. I've called the customer care atleast a dozen times. I've also sent a mail to the regional appellate team. But, till this moment, nothing has happened. This is very frustrating and annoying.

  @airtelindia what a bad network it is. I'm just waiting for the next 9th of August 2026 which is my billing cycle then I'm sure I'll will switch/ port to jio or Vi what the hell I'm at my home in open ground not able to make a call or internet call.

  @airtelindia the worst service given by airtel in Zaveri bazar the main business hub…past 5 days airtel network isn’t working but the Airtel itself can’t resolve its own problem …who is responsible for bearing losses in the business?

  @airtelindia My wi fi Internet is down for the last two days. Complaint registered on 15th July. Further, Airtel still not offers optical fibre Internet in my area!
