Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and support. Please look into this and restore my Prime benefit ASAP.
