  Hey airtel, why your wifi is always down or not working in Mahavir enclave new delhi area ? Its always 6-12 hours long issue and next day again zero service. Seriously worst network @airtelindia

  This is my last month with Airtel. Indian people, listen carefully: NEVER buy an Airtel SIM. Their internet is pure garbage in every single location. Zero reliability. And customer care? Even worse. When you call them, you only get a ******* voice agent/bot. It keeps looping the same useless script again and again, never understands a single word you say, and deliberately traps you so you can NEVER talk to a real human. Absolute psychological torture. I paid ₹979 for their so called "3 month unlimited 5G" plan. Unlimited? What a ******* scam. After just 300 GB they throttle you into the ground. 5G becomes slower than 2G. Data crawls so hard you can’t even open Twitter or Linkedin properly. Absolute fraud. Worst experience of my life. @airtelindia is trash. Switch before they rob you too.
