@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares about customers right now. Your customer support is pathetic and liars. They are not at all doing the installation of my WiFi at my new location where I moved on. I am on Airtel black plan but feeling like I am cheated. Called more than 50 times now.

@airtelindia please improve your terrible service. We have airtel xtreme and in last 3 months, almost twice we got B001 error without any weather issue. Ticket it gets extended without informing us. First time it took more than a week and since yesterday it's again not working.

@airtelindia Biggest fraud Airtel is doing. It is charging us for 200mbps plan rs999 but providing services for 100mbps plan. Customer support is saying we charge for what plan you select and not for the service we provide. Highly pathetic company. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
