Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have paid 6 months advance rental bill however I was still charged for monthly bill for my broadband service can you please check and let me know why I was charged twice even though I had paid already for the six month advance rental thank you

@airtelindia ITS VERY SAD AIRTEL THAT IN THIS ERA OF TECH. AND ONLINE STUFF YOUR NETWORK IS VERY VERY BAD TO HANDLE ANYTHING. COVERAGE IS VETY BAD AS IF NO INTERNET CONNECTION. NOTHING OPENS UP. ONLINE CLASSES ARE NOT POSSIBLE ON YOUR NETWORK. INTERNET SPEED IS VULNERABLE. I

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence added 200 rupees in Airtel wallet through Airtel upi money deducted from bank account but not added into Airtel wallet. Customer support told wait for 42 hours but more than 72 hours done but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia store manager casually says “aapko #/hash key dabaane mein kya problem hai” — unable to understand my concern that in cases of emergencies, I CANNOT BE EXPECTED to wait for the ‘banking fraud se bache’ ad to start, then press hash, and then cry for help or whatever

@reliancejio @JioCare Just ported to #Jio last week. I've feeling of being cheated. Data speed is too low like 2G. Is this the day which I'd foreseen while moving to Jio? Improve your data speed otherwise 90days ain't so far. Another @airtelindia number has no complaint at all.
