    I have been using Airtel fiber broadband over 2 years . I have requested for boardband shifting on 25th Jan 2022 ,But still now no person came and completed my request This is upsetting hope on Airtel what I have .Very poor response from customer too. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal customer service standards have dropped to an extend that I am scared to walkin in your store located in vatika business park Gurgaon, I was threatend and unparliamentary language was used during my visit. Mr sheetanshu singh behaviour was unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to reach the customer support for the past one hour. The ivr options simply don't work. Having just a lucrative app is simply not enough. U gotta live up to its standards too!

    Dear airtel your service is very very poor in my area kindly check it out. For every use of internet i ve do flight mode on off then only internet is working or else it turns to 2G so irritating @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
