@OnSpectra its been more than 48 hours your services have been down in Gurgaon. I have been reaching out to your customer care and they have been just closing my service requests to keep resolution TAT in check. What a pathetic service. Looks like need to switch to @airtelindia

@airtelindia I would like to understand I took the connection of your broadband service for a speed of 200Mbps and if I don’t have the 5G handsets will I be able to use the fullest speed of your service or less is what my question.

@Airtel_Presence Thanks Ayush for reply, Last 60 hours I getting same reply... I called 5-6 times your support but they don't understand the issue... Big problem with ur sales team, it's totally fraud with false commitment. My whole family using @airtelindia numbers but we need to rethink.
