I really want to review @airtelindia after a one month of exhausting experience with poor customer care and inefficient employees. I am a airtel post paid customer for more than 7 years, I am still being charged 550 every month but they said my account/sim is inactive.

@Airtel_Presence Dear Naman It's almost been a week, and the issue is still unresolved. Just raising a service request won't solve the issue. Pathetic Service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had also visited your Vile Parle East branch; they too have noted the complaint but are yet to resolve it.
