  Past few having been trying to change the Airtel xstream plan @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Neither is app working nor the website. Not allowing to lower down the plan and shows "sorry try again". Apparently only allows to upgrade plan. Pretty shady stuff

  I first filed a complaint on 26 Dec and after that day I repeated same complaint many times but customer care approach is very casual. It's 4 January today and for what services I'm paying to @airtelindia? For using 2G services? #airtelindia @MIB_India
