Dedicated Internet lines are with no regulation whatsoever. Market dictates the prices. @TRAI SLAs not met for most part. A decent uptime is a myth. Bills are recovered though like loan sharks, despite blatant deficiencies in service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia today my Airtel prepaid sim is disconnected without any prior intimation and this I came to know when I went to Airtel gallery. It was to my utter surprise that a reputed company like you do such negligence to the customer who uses 2 numbers for a decade.

Day 3 No improvement in network. My phone supports 2300Mhz spectrum which @airtelindia generally uses. If I complain about it you guys have a SOP of registering complaint but you take no action. Later I recieve claim that my network has improved but it's not. @Airtel_Presence
