@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I applied for a Xstream fiber connection on 11th May. The DTH is still not installed. I haven't been given any update on the same and the customer service is not answering my phone. Should have never trusted Airtel!

Got @airtelindia Xstream WiFi 100mbps connection in the hope that it’ll work fine. I have faced frequent network disconnections and today on the day of my exam, it has stopped working again. The technician says it’ll take until the evening while my exams are in the afternoon.

Am being charged by @airtelindia for international data roaming on a daily basis without even asking me if it needs activation. The reason being given is they automatically activated it so that customer doesnt get a bill shock. It’s very poor customer service.
