@airtelindia how are we supposed to raise the complaints ? I have cancelled my Amazon subscription before deadline. Still received sms that I will be charged for annual subscription in this bill. Tried IVR on 123, It says I am not Amazon. There’s no way to reach human support.

@BabitaNiranjan @airtelindia They have the worst customer care support.. I made a huge mistake by taking Airtel fibre. They automatically close the case on the app. No one to talk to, their helpline doesn't work, their tech guy doesn't answer the calls n then they give generic reply on X. Shame on airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a pathetic customer service. I purchased Rs1499 Amazon prime subscription through #airtelthanksapp on 31 Dec 25. Not only you failed to activate the service, you also cancel it without my knowledge and without refunds.

Airtel's service is very very bad. They neither talk to any of their employees nor do they make you recharge by promising 5G unlimited data. No one should buy this SIM. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

@airtelindia u have set AI assistant in your customer care number . There is no way cust can connect with a real agent / human being to talk about issues with airtel . This is pure fraud . we just recharge and if there’s any issue , you deploy ai to ignore the customers . @TRAI
