    Hello @airtelindia I have been trying my best to get through your system of Automated calls to get my DND to work fully but it is not. My problem is yet not resolved. I have turned on my DND and yet I receive so many spam calls on random timings which I am not at all interested.

    @airtelindia - please help. Have swapped from a physical sim to an eSIM. My physical sim has been deactivated but the eSIM has not been activated. I’ve waiting at your store for an hour and half now! Surely you can do better

    worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia paid 1500 for a broadband connection pending for almost 3 days with no support on repeated requests raised for order delay absolutely pathetic!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I keep getting redirected to AI/chat loops. I work from home and this repeatedly affects my work.Multiple follow-ups, multiple attempts to escalate, little to no response. Paying full bills for unreliable service and repeated outages is unacceptable

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi is down for more than 36 hours now!! And your agent whose number comes up on the app says it’s some central power issue, which he has conveyed to a team and they will rectify whenever possible !!! Is this the kind of service ??

    @airtelindia is it true that you give internet for 25 days only in broadband while charging for 30 days citing technical problem in your area being the reason for every month from last 1.5 years. Is this eligible reason to file a consumer complaint against you. #airtel #cheating

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service I have ever experienced. My Xstream Fiver is not working since 13 May morning lodged a complaint and expected time for resolution is by 16th May. How do you expect working professionals to wfh where you can’t rely on the network

    @airtelindia my dth not working since yesterday I'm raised the complaint but no one responded.they change the reschedule date to 17 May without my confirmation.
