@RijulJK @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The broadband service is crap. When you email them that there is an issue, they will reply after a day or two saying, we can see your issue has been resolved. Haha, no technician, no follow up & the issue is resolved. 'Airtel Cares' should rename themself to 'Who Cares'.
