    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia i am disappointed with the signal and internet from airtel. I raised more than five times my signal problem in my area but i did get any response from your company. Very poor signal. I need your help to get good 4g signal. Number 9963770111

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very sad state of matters, I opted for the 1-year WiFi plan and I recently shifted my home but turns out Optical Fiber is not available only AirFiber, I've had terrible experience with AriFibre. Please install optical fiber or refund the cost.

    Ordered a Fastag from Airtel App . Delivery after 3 days . Despite all documents submitted online before purchase , the fastag not functional . Despite rasing the issue , sending reminders and give all info to Griv Offr . Unresolved after 2 weeks. Jai Ho Airtel . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The service of leading telecom leader is quite pathetic. Tower itself in our village but service worst in the industry. We aren’t able to connect to the call centre people. Very painful for us to get services after paying huge amount in advance.

    Airtel wifi is not working in my area from yesterday. Issues alays comes every month . They take full payment on end of the month but they cannot resolve problems. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , This is beyond frustrating now. I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService
