@airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

Hello @airtelindia there is no meaning of launching 5G if you can not provide proper network even for VOICE CALL. This is terrible situation. Instead of boasting please work on root level to atleast provide a proper network.

@airtelindia My sister has visited Airtel Store at Kamla Nagar, Delhi for getting a new sim as her old sim is not working. However the store executives are denying that only physical copy of the ID proof will work and e-Aadhar is not valid for SIM. Pl confirm if this is true
