Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

@airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

Since an year or maybe more @airtelindia is charging Rs.100 more for an existing #Broadband plan. When asked customer care they are saying proudly we are charging 400 more to other customers who joined before you. Can we avail old mobile plans when you have hiked tariff by 25%?
