    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today my network is very slow in my city area. My net speed is 3Kb/s - 8Kb/s. I have to do online tasks but I can't do that by such net speed. Please solve this problem or I will port my Airtel sim to Jio or VI within 2 hours.

    @Airtel_Presence Till now I didn't get any solution. Y are u cheating the customer by giving commitment. Someone called morning for formalities and said will update u. Even he also doesn't know why he called me. This is how the response getting from @airtelindia.
