    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia might actually have the worst customer experience in India. Random billing dates, WiFi recharge issues,recharge system is broken, incoming calls get cut off after 5 days of recharge expiry. and an AI bot that couldn't solve 2+2.@TRAI

    Why is Airtel misleading its customers to such an extent? Airtel advertises that its ₹1,200 recharge plan includes unlimited 5G internet, clearly stating that the unlimited 5G benefit is available only in areas with 5G network coverage. That part is understandable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Do you want to force the customer to buy your airtel fiber service? What's the point of recharging my phone for 900 every month if I am not able to use even 1 gb of data throughout the month? Disgusting customer support with disgusting service.
