Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

@airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

How is it the customers responsibility to track employees of your company when we have problems. The excutive was very irresponsible and didn't show interest. He also claims he has raised a complaint in the system. I don't think he has done that. @airtelindia

@airtelindia From more than three days. No internet in xstream broadband, service request opened on 14 sep, but there is not even single call received from engineer. I am an employee of one of the private and unable to work from home from last three days due to this worst service they provide

@airtelindia My service request no. 31-3719826858370 dated 30.08.21 is still unresolved. In telecom if such delayed resolution is being provided then how a consumer can utilise the services offered? Please resolve my issue at the earliest.
