Guess what. I complained about my network connectivity to @airtelindia and I get a call from @ViCustomerCare to port to them. They claim that @TRAI has given this provision that when complaining about network quality, other service providers can reach out for porting.

@Airtel_Presence Abhinav, this is not rite. I’m not sure why you people are charging INR 700 in the first place+3500 for the pack. I was always informed the pack charges are INR 3500. Ideally you should not charge me anything as this is a inconvenience that @airtelindia caused. Please fix it
