Never opt for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence international roaming, after charging mammoth amount for packs, calls don’t get through. My wife is stuck with airtel number in abroad. Talking to their customer care is mental harassment.

And yet again @airtelindia manage to disappoint. My number got disconnected automatically. When inquired, the customer support said, i had applied for safe custody ( i did no such thing). Now the number which i had been using since 2010 is disconnected permanently. Thanks @airtel
