    Dear @airtelindia I'm again writing to u bcoz I'm not getting help. I'm seeking help from @Airtel_Presence since last day, provided all the details but still helpless. U'r nt thr 24*7! Really disappointed with ur service. U can deactivate my sim. I don't need ur service anymore.

    Such response is not encouraging as a customer who has to spend and entire day waiting for resolution and not get any, especially in the time of pandemic when almost all work is online. I would request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to look into this seriously.

    @airtelindia there is no option to change the language when calling customer care.. ?? What should one do... I hope you get that people cannot be knowing each of the regional languages..****...

    @Airtel_Presence Dear Care, If @airtelindia is not able to cater customers with service. Have guts to accept it. No solution provided till now. 5 days already wasted and no response from Local team or social Media team. Kindly revert or at least pay me back to opt for a better service provider.

    @airtelindia Instead of starting some stupid contest and spending money on marketing, improve your service, bring new tech. Edge computing, mass 5G roll out etc. Marketing will only get you so far. Give better service and let your customers do the marketing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Store chandigarh not accepting complaint, they told me no. For disconnection saying they can't service my connection at current time. Poor service, Bunch of Hooligans looting customers taking month's bill providing service like dirt.

    Dear @airtelindia. Last time I am requesting and complaining. If you don’t improve your network. I will have to port my connection. I am Airtel user since last 14/15 years but highly disappointed with service and connection.

    @airtelindia Really fedup with airtel dth services, getting error code TV code: 2, when I reached out to customer care I was told it's card issue, but there is inbuilt card, and you will be charged for this, disgusting!!!!!!
