    Once again 1rs has been taken away from my main account balance by @airtelindia . I haven't done any messaging or int calls. This kind of robbery is happening again and again. Even after complaining for nearly 4 times no steps has been taken by @Airtel_Presence to stop this issue

    Biggest lies of @airtelindia - 1. Airtel Black 2. Priority customer service 3. 5G Fastlane tech I paid my last month bill on 31 May & claimed Google One 100 GB plan for 6 months via Airtel Thanks app, shown as an available unclaimed benefit.

    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.
