    My @airtelindia SIM no longer shows network connectivity. I'm in the USA & a postpaid customer. I cannot log in to my bank accounts as I'm unable to receive OTPs. Airtel c-care asks me to come to India and get a new SIM. This is so inconvenient Can you not find a better solution?
