    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As a user of your service from past 7 years I must say that airtel has very poor customer service. Every time I register a complaint on #airtelthanksapp it shows the issue has been solved but in reality it never is. Very disappointed with airtel.

    Hey @airtelindia , the coverage at NIT Trichy has been very, very underwhelming. Kindly look into it. Otherwise there is no other option that to port the number to some other service provider.

    @airtelindia Recently I had visited Gaganbawda Taluka of Kolhapur District in Maharashtra. Surprisingly there was no Airtel coverage within approx 25Km radios. Other operators network was available then why Airtel is not expanding coverage in this area? For improvement please

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid my broadband bill on 18-Apr ,money has been debited from my bank account but still that transaction is in progress in Airtel thanks app.I raised multiple complaints on customer support but no action from their end.1/2
