And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

Engineer was supposed to attend to the complaint on 29th May 2026. Engineer doesn’t pickup the call from customer or the call centre.

Service remains completely down with red LOS light. Still 24hrs waiting time is too long, re-escalate and arrange urgent assistance.
