    +919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

    Dear , @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing persistent network issues in my area. The nearest mobile tower appears to be around 2 km away, resulting in very weak signal strength frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity As a paying customer, I expect reliable service Thank you.

    @airtelindia there are only promises for the customer care actually no one cares about customer in your organisation your engineer rajneesh is not picking the call , i have also visited the store but they also does fake promises that engineer will call you within sometime .

    @airtelindia faced really bad customer services while shifting a wifi connection from one city to another. Not keeping the commitments, rescheduling jobs etc etc. I never thought that service provider like airtel would do that

    @airtelindia I recently bought a UPS from airtel for my airtel Wi-Fi and it stopped working upon raising a complaint I got a feedback that airtel has stopped providing replacement of UPS - then why did you provided a low quality one in the first place?? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I took an 10 days international roaming pack but I find that you have charged me 698/- for an extra day which I never asked for. Your Airtel thanks app ( or Thankless app ? )is directing me to multiple chats leading nowhere towards understanding/resolution. What do you expect me to do. Can I expect a callback from your representative. Hope you will deal with this with appropriate seriousness in a time bound manner. Thanks

    Now after i posted this i was assured that my connection will be restored today. But as usual no one came and now when i Spock with customer care they said the technician will come tomorrow without giving proper explanation.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airteldown

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia
