@airtelindia I have taken a broadband connection 799 plan for which I have already paid for 6 months. Airtel ads say if the network is down users will be notified however I don't get any updates. When I check on the app it says unplanned outage. Will disconnect service

***** service @airtelindia. Allday my int connection is disconnected. This is my commercial officeconnection. My work is stuck and when I talk to Airtel technician use to tell me company management not ready to take any action so give solution or refund 100% money with interest.
