  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Over 40 hours and my issue is still unresolved. Is this the level of technical expertise @airtelindia has? Endless promises, zero accountability, and no resolution. If it takes 40+ hours to fix an outage, customers deserve better. Shameful service.

  @airtelindia WiFi has not been working since yesterday . Agents came fixed but it worked only for a few mins then again the same issue occurred. I tried to raise the request but it's telling a technical issue at your end. Pleas fix ASAP

  @airtelindia - I have been an Airtel user for at least last 10 years...but never experienced such pathetic service from you. Been 4 days since I logged a complaint about my d2h not working, not even a call back😡😡😡
