    @airtelindia I have been waiting for 5 days to have an Airtel Service Engineer Come home to Repair my WiFi. Airtel Seems to be Inspired by "Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma",Where they have been Putting up a Marathon 5 day Comedy Act. Airtel Messages giving Service Engineer Name and Contact. SVC Engineer doesn't Show up. You call their Mobile but they refuse to Pick up. And this Marathom Comedy Show will Continue further.The Message says one can click on a link to give 2 options 1- Satisfied and 2- Unsatisfied. The link never opens !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the request is open for 1 week 11034098145 and you are just reassigning to different field engineer, i called todays engineer his attitude is not good he is like i dont see your area, i asked why its assigned to you he said check with customer care

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. Been on the call since last 1 hour. We have informed that we have shifted the house, and this new building doesn’t support airtel, and they have been wasting our time by trying to convince us of not cancelling Airtel. INFURIATING.

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked IPTV on 11 June by paying ₹500 via customer care, but they wrongly booked SD DTH. Cancelled it later, but even after 24 days & 50+ calls to the dedicated team, NO REFUND received, NO IPTV installed. Pure harassment! Resolve immediately.
