@airtelindia worst service and customer experience in BLR. We paid 3 months broadband bill n they promised us to get the installation done in 24 hrs. It has been 72 hrs, no1 came for installation, even cared to come even after calling customer care. Return my money back at least!

@airtelindia it's really pathetic to experience the downgraded mobile internet service in Pune. It's been three weeks the issue is not resolved. Also, it's really hard to reach your customer representative via dialing 198. Not a single time it connecting to actual representative
