    @airtelindia One of the most useless network in India named Airtel provide 2G speed in 4G slot Multiple report and giving multiple date like hearing in court. I am totally dissatisfied with this 2 major duopoly company fooling Indian people. The money is wasted.

    Getting pickup scheduled & cancelled messages at the same time from Ekart for Airtel device. No actual pickup attempt done. This is harassment due to poor coordination. Resolve immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.     Pathetic service by @airtelindia. Already paid for the ARP a week ago but it was not activated for some reason, so the amount would be deducted on monthly basis. The customer support is useless and can’t even provide me a complaint number stating it’s “escalated internally”.

    Delay in SIM ownership transfer at Airtel showroom, Iyyanpanthangal, Chennai. was told the number would be temporarily closed and I’d get a support call. No call yet. Causing delay and inconvenience. Please clarify the delay and assist urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
