    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence raised the request 10145045483 for broadband disconnection when call customer care after 18 hours they again asking wait for further 24 hours.. very poor service

    @airtelindia there is a store in bangur Avenue, your team should check they are deliberately forcing your age long customer to switch to your competitors. You will lose your loyal customers, if you put wrong people on the job.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.
