  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s been 120 days since I requested to change the modem due to problem which was approved and got 40 engineer visits schedule messages till now, but no one visited yet. Each time they postpone and closed saying resolved. Are you fooling us 😡😡😡

  @airtelindia Mistakenly my brother has claim the coupon of postpaid. When he is calling your customer support you guys are denying to convert it to prepaid and restore the recent plan of 84 days. As per your policy we can restore within 30 days.

  So the 5th complain in 12 days gets closed without any technician visiting or resolving the issue. Paying for 40Mbps but barely getting 5. Sometime 1. Disconnecting from Airtel now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
