    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with Airtel's customer service. Airtel representatives repeatedly called me and promised 10 days' extra validity if I recharged my Wi-Fi connection. I trusted their offer and recharged, but the promised benefit was never provided.

    How the hell i can talk to the real-person customer care on @airtelindia , from the past two months I am unable to use my Mobile Data, it's keep showing me Roaming. I have also reported the issue multiple times but got no replies from their team. Pathetic service!

    Worst service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews. I placed a connection shift request and I was given slot of 10 to 12 today. But no one arrived, nor the cust serv is able to give any info. They just keep escalating, I will better migrate to another SP
