Why do you even provide service when you cannot hold the basic standards of customer service. My modem connection has not been working for the past 2 days even after having lodged a complaint on your app and called your supervisors, no response yet. @airtelindia

Hey @Airtel_Presence no sms are coming except your own @airtelindia sms. Neither bank OTPs nor other service providers numbers sms are coming from morning. Called customer care they said no issue, but then why am not getting OTPs of banks, every bank must not have technical issue
