    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Give me one good reason why I've to face difficulty with my Broadband Service even after paying 1200 a month! I'm a platinum customer! Still every single month 3-6 days my Wifi doesn't work! If this continues I want refund for my services.

    @amitbhawani @airtelindia Airtel when it's good , it's very good. When it's bad , it's worst. One time I wanted to port my sim. The Airtel guy used "Jio 4g" for the online process apparently. The network connectivity was so bad that even airtel employees used jio and mind you it was a buisness area

    @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia Not at all it solves my problem go to the complete history I was promised subscription for fiber this is for cellular network this is what your sales representative.stop fooling around and be transparent then u don't need to fake it in TV commercials.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - according to yr recorded msg I owe a thousand bucks but if u hear the billing payment details in the same msg, i have paid all my bills. In the meantime my broadband has been cut ! Whats happening? Or do i change service provider! @NewsX
