@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

@airtelindia please stop your ad about honest feedback. Raised request for set top box issues on Thursday. Engineer visited and said needs to be replaced and will be done by Friday. Get a call on Friday saying box will be delivered by 2 PM please share OTP since TAT is for 12 PM.

@Airtel_Presence Hi Sanisha, It's been 6 hours since we spoke. Noone has reached out. There is no resolution yet. The local technicians don't receive call. If this is the case in metro cities I am not sure how do you treat non metro cities. @airtelindia
