@airtelindia one of the worst customer service placed for a secondary connection waiting for two days called the service technician nearly 20times will get the same answer, now he is telling that your required box is not available will check it and let you know once available

Dear @realmemobiles, please learn from @airtelindia on customer response. Even though i complain/yell numerous times over d phone, not a single day airtel customer care executives were rude. Try to solve the problem, dont create one. Teach your executives to respect the customer.

@AdityaD_Shah JTM, aka JT Mobile. Then it became @airtelindia when it changed hands. Shifted many states in India and continued with Airtel all the way. At last, it was ported to Vodafone-Idea due to network issues in a certain area a few years back.
