@airtelindia Your company made me wonder why I switched from vodafone I had given a complaint that I could not use the dataAfter five days there was no action but only the bill came for 470. Five days passed and no action so Vodafone at the end of this month and next month change

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

@airtelindia I think the customer service that I expected from you has not been fulfilled. My father has an Airtel number and a dongle but in Lucknow near Indira Nagar, he is not able to get the network and has no wifi. Complaints have been raised and nothing has been resolved.
