Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

However, what does Priority 5G actually mean if signals and network are weak from their side? We need proper service, not a marketing gimmick.
