What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.
