    @airtelindia Lokeswari was his supervisor and manager when I contacted him. He said that he did not come to work. Manager name is Prabhu. and Srinivasan gave false information. This is your Customer Service Center Chennai.

    @airtelindia Your company made me wonder why I switched from vodafone I had given a complaint that I could not use the dataAfter five days there was no action but only the bill came for 470. Five days passed and no action so Vodafone at the end of this month and next month change

    Y @airtelindia is not working for past 3,4 days in #coimbatore? @Airtel_Presence Internet not Connecting. Very rarely connected to 2G, Sometimes 4G for 5 to 10 mins only then connection discontinued. Ultra max poor internet connection. Unable to complaint thro 198 or anyother.

    @airtelindia so, my first complaint n a worst one too. U sold me a Wi-Fi dongle fr 6months, n u charged me excess, I reported n not resolved yet. Now I sold me another plan fr next six months with so much restrictions n no response from customer service. Kindly address 7038805802

    @ViCustomerCare the best network to my location @airtelindia . Vodafone totally zero satisfaction network issue customer care and billing issue am change to all numbers Airtel If there is a substandard network it is Vodafone and Idea.

    @Airtel_Presence I had paid for broadband installation and due to feasibility issue, I need to cancel the installation. And it's been a week now I am yet to receive my paid installation money. The sales person told it will be reversed in a couple of days. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Is this your service, from the last 24 hours your team is unable to fix the wifi issue in my locality. Every time I connect they tell me it will be fixed in 2 hours. Now it's more than a day.

    @airtelindia applied for your broadband. Paid the money. Got a msg for installation with a mobile number. The guy on the number says I don't do installation in your area. I will not come, it's not my problem. You and Airtel figure out. Sales guy stopped picking phone. Pathetic

    @airtelindia, service gets disrupted. It's more than 36 hours nobody responds. Nobody listens. The call center executive deflects issue and insists on stories to continue with subscription. The problem is that I have a open request which they can't close, even I can't close.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every time, I get a message that says, "Reply 1 if resolved or 2 if the issue persists". But the sender (ARWIFI-S) doesn't have a phone number associated with it, so iPhone doesn't show an option to reply.
