Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!
