@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel postpaid is trap first they let you in then charge unnecessarily and they didnt not allow us to convert in prepaid or port to other network easily. don't go for postpaid. customer care also not supportive. rates/charges/plans are expensive.

Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

How the hell are people surviving with @airtelindia cellular network. I switched from @vodafoneIN_Fdtn due to call drop. And 3 months into the airtel network, and I don't get call drops, cz I don't even get network. Mobile data is less than 2g speed.
