    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My WiFi hasn’t worked since 17 Mar 26 (Complaint ID: 11026888425). Technician visited on 18 Mar but it’s still not fixed. Engineer isn’t answering calls. Unacceptable service. Fix this today or disconnect my service immediately.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Raised a WiFi upgrade request—engineer was to arrive by 11 AM, hasn’t shown up & isn’t answering calls. This happened last time too (took 3 days). Unacceptable service. Engineer: Harish Venkatesh +91 70948 57245.

    @airtelindia became the worst network. It shows 5g signals but no use of it.. shame on you being leading network in india. Why are you collecting money from us without providing proper service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Requested for Airtel Black connection product id - WV7BU34RYR. As the customer care service is not up to the mark and i am comfortable in continuing further relationship with Airtel. Kindly arrange for request closure and refund of deposit Rs.1500.
