@airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

@karnnan @airtelindia Lost hope. Gave a cancellation request for the connection. Interestingly, even that takes more than a month to complete. Airtel’s customer care is very pathetic. I have had multiple experiences. Can’t tolerate their ****** behaviour once again.
